Donald Trump’s MoveOn.org Moment
His claim that
Bush ‘lied’ about WMD in Iraq is a lie spread by the left.
By now it’s a cliché that
Donald Trump can say anything he wants, and his supporters don’t care. They
love him for his attitude and bluster, which has become a proxy for their rage
against the political machine. Maybe that will be true again after Saturday night’s debate in South Carolina, but
someone has to point out how the GOP presidential frontrunner has adopted the
political left’s worldview on fundamental questions—including blatant
distortions of fact.
Take his full-throated
endorsement of the conspiracy theory that the George W. Bush Administration
deliberately lied to get the U.S. into the Iraq war. “You call it whatever you
want. I wanna tell you. They lied,” Mr. Trump replied to a question by CBS
moderator John Dickerson. “They said there were weapons of mass destruction.
There were none. And they knew there were none. There were no weapons of mass
destruction.”
Despite years of
investigation and countless memoirs, there is no evidence for this claim. None.
The CIA director at the time, George Tenet, famously called evidence of WMD in
Iraq a “slam dunk.” Other intelligence services, including the British, also
believed Saddam Hussein had such programs. After the first Gulf War in 1991 the
CIA had been surprised to learn that Saddam had far more WMD capability than it
had thought. So it wasn’t crazy to suspect that Saddam would attempt to rebuild
it after he had expelled United Nations arms inspectors in the late 1990s.
President Bush empowered a
commission, led by former Democratic Sen. Chuck Robb and federal Judge Laurence
Silberman, to dig into the WMD question with access to intelligence and
officials across the government. The panel included Patricia Wald, a former
chief judge of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals appointed by Jimmy Carter, and
Richard Levin, president of Yale University at the time.
Their report of more than
600 pages concludes that it was the CIA’s “own independent judgments—flawed
though they were—that led them to conclude Iraq had active WMD programs.” The
report adds that “the Commission found no evidence of political pressure” to
alter intelligence findings: “Analysts universally asserted that in no instance
did political pressure cause them to skew or alter their analytical judgments.”
It’s fair if the New York
businessman wants to tout his opposition to the Iraq war way back when, though
he’d soon learn in the Oval Office that Presidents must often make decisions
based on imperfect intelligence. Failing to act can be as dangerous as ordering
military action, as we learned from Bill Clinton’s passivity toward al Qaeda in
the late 1990s and President Obama’s paralysis on Syria since 2011.
But peddling false
conspiracy theories ought to be disqualifying behavior in a presidential
candidate because it corrodes public trust in democracy. Mr. Trump is claiming
that government officials lied so they could send Americans to their deaths,
and for what? So Mr. Bush could nearly lose an election over the war in 2004,
and Republicans could lose Congress and the White House because of it in 2006
and 2008?
MoveOn.org and others on
the left have spread these lies for years because they have an unrestrained
will to power and they really do believe the United States is the main source
of trouble in the world. But this is not a worldview that conservative leaders
have adopted, at least until now.
We have enough respect for
voters to appreciate that they support Mr. Trump for rational reasons. And we’d
like to see him start to act more presidential in case he does become the GOP
nominee. But his willingness to indulge the most crackpot left-wing conspiracy
theory shows the tremendous risk Republicans would be taking if they make him
their standard-bearer.

La Muerte del jurista Scalia, es algo
que es muy conveniente a la administración Obama.
Es como un regalo atrasado de Santa
Claus.
Y sin lugar a dudas hay algo extraño
como dice el escrito que le paso debajo sobre una teoría sobre la muerte de
Scalia del antiguo investigador del ejército, Ray Starmann.
Pero asegurar que esto es un
asesinato con un mensaje, como en una película de “El Padrino”, me parece
que no es exactamente creíble.
La causa de la muerte sin lugar a
dudas está turbia, decir un ataque al corazón y después cambiar y usar el
vocablo genérico de “muerte natural”, es algo sospechoso.
Muerte natural o murió de repente,
siempre me han parecido nombrar el efecto y no la causa, porque es natural
morirse y siempre ocurre de repente.
Pero aunque haya un problema, no es
necesariamente asesinato, porque si los familiares no quisieron una autopsia y
lo mandaron a embalsamar enseguida, no debe de haber sido un asesinato, sino
posiblemente otra la causa de muerte que ellos no quieren exponer a su memoria.
Esto y el hecho que la prensa en
general no se han hecho eco de la opinión de Starmann, me hace pensar que no se
trata realmente de un asesinato.
O sea que creo que los
liberales están de fiesta por su muerte, pero no lo mataron.
Pero allá va eso, aquí tienen el
artículo sobre la teoría de Starmann y cada uso puede llegar a las conclusiones
que quiera.

La muerte de Scalia ha
creado una nueva dinámica en las elecciones presidenciales.
Scalia no se suponía que
fuera la persona que muriera durante la nueva administración, hay cómo dos
magistrados que se suponía que se retiraran o murieran durante los próximos
cuatro años, ahora son tres los que van a ser sustituidos por el nuevo
presidente, si es que se logra que Obama no nomine a un magistrado antes de
terminar su mandato. Pero si un demócrata es el nuevo
preidente, tendremos a Eric Holder y Barack Obama como magistrados del
tribunal supremo marxista y quizás hasta al reverendo Sharpton y Bernie
Sanders..
Si tenemos un presidente
demócrata, tendremos una corte suprema legislando liberalmente.
Por eso es importante
asegurar que nuestro presidente sea un conservador y alguien que tenga la
oportunidad de ganarle al candidato demócrata, ya sea Hillary o Sanders.
Hay que estudiar el
escenario. Si Trump es el candidato, yo votaría por Trump, haría
todo mi esfuerzo para que Trump sea el ganador.
Pero realmente no
puedo convencer de que voten por él ni a mi familia inmediata.
El 65% que se opone a Trump,
están convencidos de que no van a votar por Trump, y eso es grave.
No sólo si se abstienen de
votar se puede perder el Senado, pero ahora se pudiera perder la corte suprema.
Si Trump es el candidato
republicano, tendremos también seguro a Michael Bloomberg en la contienda, y
con chance de ganar.
O sea que pudiéramos tener
también a un liberal para nominar a los magistrados de la corte suprema. No
sólo esto pero Bloomberg ya está hablando de algo más profundo, pudiéramos
tener no un candidato independiente, pero Bloomberg pudiera formar un tercer
partido.
Todo gira sobre la
candidatura de Trump, y no importa lo que Trump diga, no importa que hable
exactamente como un demócrata liberal cuando habla de la guerra de Irak y el
medio oriente atacando a George W. Bush con la misma retórica que los liberales
demócratas y con la misma política de Obama de negociar con Irán y Putin.
Porque como el mismo dijo, no importaría que asesinara a alguien en la quinta

Nunca pude soñar que algo
como esto pudiera suceder en los Estados Unidos, mucho menos entre los votantes

Pero está sucediendo, las
primarias hasta Nevada no tienen mayor importancia, cómo no sea un termómetro

Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes, as a
principal one Frank Giustra. Google him. He is the guy who was central to
the formation of Uranium One, Canadian company that somehow acquired massive
U.S. uranium interests & then sold them to an organization controlled
by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and,
guess who was Secretary of State, when the approval, was granted? As an aside,
imagine how former, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor
schlep, is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts, and
loans for doing minor favors, for a guy promoting, a vitamin company. Not
legal, but not exactly putting U.S. security risk.
Sarcasm aside, if you are still not persuaded, this was a cleverly
structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton’s, ask
yourself this: Why did these foreign interests, funnel money, through a
Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation?
Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations
& countries in need?
This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling. Now you
know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk, she was willing to
take. Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest, and criminal, and
they are Slick! Warning : They could be back in the White
House, in January 2017. Do not let it happen. Remember, most people are
not well informed. We must somehow inform and educate them.

Scalia’s Death
Conspiracy theories are beginning to swirl in the aftermath of the
sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who was found dead at 79
in his room on
Saturday morning
at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas.
While
Scalia was pronounced dead “of natural causes”–or, alternatively, of a heart
attack–no qualified official had actually examined his body, and there was no
autopsy performed, apparently in deference to the wishes of his family.
John
Poindexter, the owner of the ranch, provided more bait for speculation
with an awkward description of
how Scalia was found: “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head.
His bed clothes were unwrinkled.”
Presidio
County Judge Cinderella Guevara said that there had been “no foul play,”
according to the Washington
Post–but she had “pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without
seeing the body — which is permissible under Texas law — and without ordering
an autopsy.” It had taken “hours” for authorities to find the judge at all.
Conspiracy
sites and social media have lit up with suggestions that Scalia may have been
eliminated to ensure a 5-4 liberal majority before President Barack Obama
leaves office. Of course, those theories cannot explain why, if the president
had wanted Scalia (or another conservative jurist) dead, he would have waited past
so many big decisions.
More
serious questions will focus on the medical care Scalia received last week. He
apparently visited
his doctor on
Wednesday and Thursday,
but chose to travel anyway over the weekend.
The
exact cause of death is still unknown.

Trump and Sanders: Are They
Killing the Stock Market?
U.S. stocks have fallen sharply since
Trump and Sanders began rising in popularity in the polls. It could be more
than coincidence.

The rise of outsider
presidential candidates Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders is more than a
fascinating political story. Their ascendancy—Trump’s in the Republican Party,
and Sanders’ among Democrats—could be one more reason why stock markets are
under pressure and could remain so for awhile.
Many market pundits
are too focused on the latest Chinese economic data, oil-price movements, or
negative-interest-rate chatter to connect the dots between the
presidential-primary results and the stock indexes. By taking such a
traditional view of market-moving developments, they might be overlooking a
story that is leading news reports every day and night.
Investors have every
right to be nervous about what is playing out on the campaign trail.
The thinking goes
that those who buy and sell stocks are comfortable with establishment
candidates such as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Florida
Gov. Jeb Bush, because both are fairly predictable and won’t upset Washington’s
apple cart.
If Donald Trump, a real-estate developer and
television star, gets elected, however, and brings his reality show to 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue, the Free World could have a shoot-from-the-hip leader who
carries through on threats to punish China and other trading partners with
tariffs to level the playing field. Many economists view such protectionist
measures as a cause of the Great Depression, and Barron’s, too, thinks they would
be harmful (see “Trump Is Wrong on China,” Nov. 16, 2015).
And that’s when he
isn’t trying to deport millions of undocumented immigrants—a view that most
Republicans view as highly impractical and likely to cause tremendous civil
strife.
If the more earnest
Sen. Sanders of Vermont, who bested Clinton by a wide margin in last Tuesday’s
New Hampshire primary, were to win the White House, the U.S. would have a
professed democratic socialist at the helm, with a long list of ambitious but
expensive goals, such as single-payer national health care, free tuition at public
colleges, and a major federal bridge- and highway-construction effort.
The Wall Street
Journal has written that his proposals, if enacted, would “amount to the
largest peacetime expansion of government in modern American history.”
The Standard &
Poor’s 500 stock index has declined as Trump and Sanders have gained in
popularity, based on polling data compiled by RealClearPolitics, which averages
the results of multiple national polls. That’s not to say concerns about a
weakening global economy haven’t exerted greater pressure on stocks, but the
link between the candidates’ performance and the market’s might be more than
coincidental. Nor are investors given “exit” interviews after placing a trade
to probe the factors informing their decision-making.
TEXAS SEN. TED CRUZ, who won the
Republican caucus in Iowa and is currently viewed as Trump’s most serious
challenger for the Republican nomination, is considered by the establishment
wing of both major political parties to be too extreme in his conservative views.
A proud member of the Tea Party, he has called for the abolition of the U.S.
Departments of Energy; Housing and Urban Development; Commerce; and Education,
as well as the Internal Revenue Service. He has also spoken warmly about a
return to the gold standard, an idea that almost all economists are
against.
The rise of these unorthodox candidates is troubling
to both Wall Street and Washington, wrote Greg Valliere, chief strategist with
Horizon Investments, in a memo to his institutional-investor clients the
morning after the New Hampshire primary. “Financial markets—which have more
than enough to worry about—now have to deal with the likelihood of political
instability for months to come,” he stated.
Jim Paulsen, the
chief investment strategist with Wells Capital, maintains that traditional
market-based concerns will always have a bigger role than presidential politics
in moving stocks. But he concedes the market might have reservations right now,
with so many antiestablishment candidates performing so well.
“There is a
realization among global investors that all big decisions are global, and there
is some apprehension about an oddball candidate as president on the global
stage,” he says. “Our
bargaining power as a nation could be diminished.”
Ed Yardeni, president
of Yardeni Research and a longtime market commentator, adds that when investors
are in a bearish mood, “they keep adding to their worry list. The possibility
of a maverick becoming the next president has to be unsettling for investors.”
Yardeni says it is
“conceivable that we have a president with no experience in negotiating the
political shoals of Washington, or of foreign policy.”
Yet, despite a likely
negative effect on stocks in the short term, a nonestablishment figure in the
West Wing might not be such a bad thing in the long run, he says. As much as
investors might fret about a newcomer, they have long been comfortable with
political gridlock, which occurs whenever Congress refuses to go along with
what a president proposes.
“Having a maverick in
the White House would ensure gridlock,” Yardeni writes. “And look how well the
stock markets have performed in recent years, despite the gridlock between the
Obama White House and Congress.”
Paulsen concurs,
saying that “even if you have any of these true outliers in the White House, it
doesn’t mean they might get any more done than we are getting done under
Obama.”
THESE MARKET VETERANS have a good
point. What are the odds that a President Trump could win congressional
approval to impose tariffs against errant foreign trade partners? Or that
Sanders could get Congress to create a new Great Society?
But is the
“gridlock-is-good” argument enough to reassure investors, if it appears that
the next president is named Trump, Cruz, or Sanders, as opposed to Clinton,
Kasich, Bush, or even Rubio?
Right now, any
establishment-loving investor who places faith in the collective wisdom of
online gamblers might be taking heart from the fact that Hillary Clinton, a fan
of both political moderation and Wall Street dollars, is an even-money bet to
take the presidency in November, according to Ladbrokes, the British betting
parlor.
Trump is the
runner-up, according to the current betting, with 9/2 odds.

WASHINGTON—Even
if the Senate were to consider President Barack Obama’s selection to succeed Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court, the
nominee would first have to confront the polarized politics of the Senate
Judiciary Committee.
Already
the panel’s chairman, Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, has joined Senate
Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) in saying that the next president,
not Mr. Obama, should have the right to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court,
where a narrow 5-4 conservative majority has been in place since 2006. Mr.
Obama has said
he would make the nomination.
Should Mr. Grassley decided to proceed with a
confirmation hearing, the committee’s review would come with a partisan
edge.
The Judiciary Committee is divided over policies on
immigration, guns, presidential power and criminal justice. Mr. Grassley, who
has never yet held a hearing on a Supreme Court nominee, has an investigative
bent, which can translate into prolonged and sometimes divisive requests for
information. Many of the committee members are lawyers, and are unabashed about
public fights over legal matters.
On Sunday, a spokeswoman for Mr. Grassley
said it was too early to say whether the chairman would rule out a hearing
altogether, or whether the short legislative calendar this year would allow
time for a nomination battle to proceed through the panel.
The committee’s makeup is also influenced by the
presence of Republican presidential contender Ted Cruz, a one-time Supreme
Court law clerk who sometimes inflames his colleagues.
In
his first year on the Judiciary Committee, when the panel was voting on reinstating
a federal assault-weapons ban, Mr. Cruz launched into a lengthy lecture about
the constitution, prompting the bill’s author, Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, to snap that
she had been
on the committee for 20 years and wasn’t “a sixth-grader.” The bill lacked the
support to pass the Senate.
Mr.
Cruz also voted against one of the few bipartisan legislative efforts with
hopes of passing the Senate this year, involving a bill
to give judges the power to veer from mandatory minimum sentences and hand down reduced
sentences. The bill passed the committee in October, but Mr. McConnell hasn’t
scheduled a vote.
Making matters more potentially explosive is the
presence of a rare dynamic that coincides with some of the ugliest confirmation
battles in living memory. For the first time in a quarter century, a committee
controlled by one party is being asked to consider a Supreme Court nominee
picked by a president from the other party.

The
last time the Senate Judiciary Committee took up a Supreme Court nominee
selected by a president from the opposite party was 1991, when then-President
George H.W. Bush nominated Clarence Thomas. The Democratic-controlled
committee initially rejected him after a hearing that featured explicit
testimony from a former law professor, Anita Hill, who accused Mr. Thomas of
sexually harassing her.
The panel ultimately sent the nomination to the Senate
floor without a recommendation, but the battle hung for years over Mr. Thomas,
who rarely speaks from the Supreme Court bench.
Sen. Orrin Hatch (R., Utah), a member of the Senate
Judiciary Committee who once served as chairman, told a Utah Fox News affiliate on Saturday that if Mr. Obama appointed a
“left-wing” person to the court, it would result in “a real mess.”
“I don’t think that person is going to make it
through.” he said. “And it’s very likely that, because it is so political, that
even both sides will agree that probably the best thing to do is wait until the
next election, and whoever wins is going to have that privilege of selecting
Justice Scalia’s replacement.”
Democrats who sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee
say that Mr. Obama’s nominee deserves a hearing and vote—a move that would
thrust the partisan divide on immigration, guns and other controversial
subjects fully into the public spotlight during an election year in which the
presidency and control of the Senate are at stake.
“It would be a sheer dereliction of duty for the
Senate not to have a hearing, not to have a vote,” said Sen. Patrick Leahy of
Vermont, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee.
Some Republicans who sit on the committee say that the
exercise would be futile, in part because of Mr. Obama’s decision to go around
Congress and use executive actions, such as when he unilaterally decided shield
millions of illegal immigrants from deportation.
The Supreme Court last month agreed to hear a legal
challenge to the president’s move, and Republicans appear reluctant to let Mr.
Obama select one of the justices who could decide on the legitimacy of the
president’s own maneuver.
“There is been a lot of controversy surrounding a lot
of actions this president has taken—the constitutionality or lack thereof of
President Obama’s actions, and I think that heightens it here,” said Sen. Mike
Lee (R., Utah), a member of the Judiciary Committee who has been highly
critical of Mr. Obama’s immigration policies. “It makes it that much less
likely” that a confirmation is “going to happen.”

Antonin Scalia, who died Saturday at age 79, was the most influential
Supreme Court justice of the past 30 years. Not because he had the votes. He
was influential because he had a clear, consistent, persuasive idea of how to
interpret the Constitution: It means what it says; it means what those who
enacted it meant to enact.
And Justice Scalia was influential because he wrote
opinions with verve and good sense, in prose that any American could read and
understand. He was the best writer the Supreme Court has ever known—and with
justices like John Marshall, Oliver Wendell
Holmes and Robert Jackson, that is saying a lot. He was the
court’s most withering logician. He showed us what a real judge can be, even on
that most political court.
When Justice Scalia arrived at the Supreme Court in 1986,
its jurisprudence had become sloppy, results-driven, plagued with fuzzy
three-part tests and fuzzier four-part tests, all of them concocted by his
predecessors with little basis in constitutional text. Today, the entire
court—even the liberal justices—have adopted Justice Scalia’s style: close
attention to text, awareness of history, analytical rigor. The Supreme Court
has not announced an impressionistic multipart “test” in years.
As a law professor, I find it a joy to teach a Scalia
opinion. His opinions make clear their premises. They follow logically.
Sometimes students point out that Justice Scalia is not being true to his
principles. That is a compliment, because it means he has principles that can
be identified and objectively applied. Many justices have no principles for
interpreting the Constitution, other than to see in it their own opinions about
the issues of the day. Every year, in Constitutional Law, a liberal student
will raise his or her hand and say, sheepishly, “I never thought I would say
this, but I agree with Scalia.” That is because his highest commitment was to
rational deduction from our highest law.
Justice Scalia’s text-and-history approach to
constitutional interpretation sounds wonkish. How can the attractions of text
and history compare with getting quick national victories on same-sex marriage,
affirmative action, abortion, or capital punishment? But text and history are
about more than fastidious jurisprudence. They are about democracy: allowing
Americans to decide contentious questions for themselves, where the
Constitution is, honestly read, silent.
As
Justice Scalia wrote in Planned
Parenthood v. Casey (1992), “if in reality our process of
constitutional adjudication consists primarily of making value judgments,”
instead of “doing essentially lawyers’ work up here—reading text and discerning
our society’s traditional understanding of that text,” then the issue is
properly one for democratic debate. “The people know that their value judgments
are quite as good as those taught in any law school—maybe better.” After all,
he wrote, “value judgments should be voted on, . . . not dictated.”
This is fundamental. If constitutional controversies
are governed by discernible law, there is a good reason to allow judges to make
the decision. That is what judges do: They interpret and apply laws made by the
delegates and representatives of the people at some time in the past.
As
the great Chief Justice John Marshall wrote in Marbury v. Madison (1802), “It is emphatically
the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is.” But
if constitutional controversies are governed by something other than law, if
they are governed by “what the Court calls ‘reasoned judgment,’ which turns out
to be nothing but philosophical predilection and moral intuition,” as Justice
Scalia put it, there is no reason judges should decide. In other words, it
would not be the province or duty of the judicial department to say what the
law should be, or to resolve disagreements about philosophy or morality.
Justice Scalia’s political detractors sometimes
scoffed that he was merely packaging his own preferences in the trappings of
text and history, but any student of the Supreme Court can supply numerous
counterexamples. Justice Scalia was undeniably conservative, but he joined with
liberals to demand due process for Guantanamo detainees, to protect
flag-burning (and cross-burning), to give new teeth to procedural protections
for criminal defendants, and to invalidate a law against violent videogames (among
many other examples).
He
championed the authority of regulatory agencies to interpret their operating
statutes, even when Democrats controlled those agencies. He insisted that all
executive power must be exercised by a unitary president, even when that
president was Bill Clinton or Barack Obama. Bush v. Gore? His detractors forget that the key
holding in that case was joined by seven of the nine justices.
True, the results of his text-and-history approach
were often conservative. He believed in a colorblind Constitution; he saw no
basis in the Constitution for abortion rights; he defended the presence of
religion in the public square; he defended the right to keep and bear arms; and
he opposed congressional attempts to regulate campaign speech.
On every one of those issues, he offered reasons based
on text and history, never on his own philosophy or moral intuitions. He may
have been wrong on some of them—I certainly disagreed with more than a few of
my former law professor’s constitutional positions—but he reached his
interpretations in good faith, as a judge and not as a philosopher-king. He
deserves great credit for that.
Justice Scalia’s opinions, especially his dissents,
scintillated with wit, blistered with scorn and often soared with appreciation
for our constitutional heritage. No one brought more laughter to oral arguments
or more trepidation to oral advocates. Sometimes he went too far. But he made
his mark. As a result of his three decades on the Supreme Court bench,
constitutional law more closely resembles what the Constitution actually says.
The American people had their democratic champion. He will be sorely
missed.

There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic.

We might be in the final stages of the
Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is
a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The United States as
the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.
First I will describe the situation on the
ground in Europe. Then, I will say a few things about Islam. To close I will
tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem.
The Europe you know is changing.
You have probably seen the landmarks. But
in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist
destination, there is another world. It is the world of the parallel society
created by Muslim mass-migration.
All throughout Europe a new reality is
rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or
are even seen. And if they are, they might regret it. This goes for the police
as well. It's the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless
tents, with baby strollers and a group of children. Their husbands, or
slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. With mosques on many street
corners. The shops have signs you and I cannot read. You will be hard-pressed
to find any economic activity. These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious
fanatics. These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are mushrooming in every
city across Europe. These are the building-blocks for territorial control of
increasingly larger portions of Europe, street by street, neighborhood by
neighborhood, city by city.
There are now thousands of mosques
throughout Europe With larger congregations than there are in
churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques
that will dwarf every church in the region. Clearly, the signal is: we rule.
Many European cities are already
one-quarter Muslim: just take Amsterdam, Marseilles and Malmo in Sweden. In
many cities the majority of the under-18 population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by
a ring of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammad is the most popular name among boys in
many cities.
In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the
farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the
pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims.
Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark
only serve halal food to all pupils. In once-tolerant Amsterdam gays are beaten
up almost exclusively by Muslims. Non-Muslim women routinely hear 'whore,
whore'. Satellite dishes are not pointed to local TV stations, but to stations
in the country of origin.
In France school teachers are advised to
avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and Diderot; the
same is increasingly true of Darwin. The history of the Holocaust can no longer
be taught because of Muslim sensitivity.
In England sharia courts are now officially
part of the British legal system. Many neighborhoods in France are no-go areas
for women without head scarves. Last week a man almost died after being beaten
up by Muslims in Brussels, because he was drinking during the Ramadan.
Jews are fleeing France in record numbers,
on the run for the worst wave of anti-Semitism since World War II. French is
now commonly spoken on the streets of Tel Aviv and Netanya, Israel. I could go
on forever with stories like this. Stories about Islamization.
A total of fifty-four million Muslims now
live in Europe. San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25
percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from
now. Bernhardt Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by
the end of this century.
Now these are just numbers. And the numbers
would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to
assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported
that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their
loyalty to France. One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide
attacks. The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of
British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate Muslims demand what
they call 'respect'. And this is how we give them respect. We have Muslim
official state holidays.
The Christian-Democratic attorney general
is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority.
We have cabinet members with passports from
Morocco and Turkey.
Muslim demands are supported by unlawful
behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against
ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its
uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus.
I call the perpetrators 'settlers'. Because that is what they are. They do not
come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into
their Dar-al-Islam. Therefore, they are settlers.
Much of this street violence I mentioned is
directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave
their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries. Moreover, Muslims are now a
swing vote not to be ignored.
The second thing you need to know is the
importance of Mohammed the prophet. His behavior is an example to all Muslims
and cannot be criticized. Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say
like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one,
there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a
pedophile, and had several marriages-at the same time. Islamic tradition tells
us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had
prisoners of war executed. Mohammad himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe ofBanu Qurayza. If it is good for Islam, it
is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.
Let no one fool you about Islam being a
religion. Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its
essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed
rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every
aspect of life. Islam means 'submission'. Islam is not compatible with freedom
and democracy, because what it strives for is Sharia. If you want to compare
Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all
totalitarian ideologies.
Now you know why Winston Churchill called
Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran. The public has
wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the
aggressor. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I
support Israel. First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand
years of exile up to and including Auschwitz. Second because it is a democracy.
And third because Israel is our first line of defense.
This tiny country is situated on the fault
line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance. Israel is facing the
front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines, Southern Thailand,
Darfur in Sudan, Lebanon, and Aceh in Indonesia. Israel is simply in the way.
The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.
The war against Israel is not a war against
Israel. It is a war against the West. It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving
the blows that are meant for all of us. If there would have been no Israel,
Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its
desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army
and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream,
unaware of the dangers looming.
Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning
Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities. But if
Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West.
It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their
behavior, and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give
enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see
the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed. The end of
Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the
beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If
they can get Israel, they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer
to label any and all critics of Islam as a 'right-wing extremists' or
'racists'. In my country, the Netherlands, 60 percent of the population now
sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since
World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet
there is a greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as
the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can
imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an
economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for
America - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With
an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of
Rome, Athens and Jerusalem
Dear friends, Liberty is the most precious
of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to
us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All
throughout Europe, American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never
made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this
freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won
liberty to Europe's children in the same state in which it was offered to us.
We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never
forgive us. We cannot squander our liberties. We simply do not have the right to
do so.
We have to take the necessary action now to
stop this Islamic stupidity from destroying the free world that we know.

taxes no han sido aumentados. Que falta de respeto a la inteligencia de los
ciudadanos porque SI SE SUBIEROSN LOS
TAXES. EL VALOR DE LA PROPIEDAD SI FUE ELEVADO “Y MUCHO ESTE ANO” ALGO
QUE LO HACEN TODOS LOS Años. Así que eso de decir que los taxes no fueron
aumentados, es mentira… Comparen lo
que pagan este 2015 con lo que pagaron en el 2014 y vean si les cobraran más
que el año pasado.
Yo considero que cuando usted compra una
casa. Esa casa mantine por siempre ese valor. A menos que usted le haga mejoras
o adiciones esa casa no cambia de precio. Y es asi como yo considero que deben hacer
las cosas. “Ningún aumento de taxes de la propiedad a menos que se le hagan
obras que ameriten subir su precio. >En el condado hay demasiadas personas “Trabajando” y Cobrando
muchísimos más dinero que los que normalmente ganan los ciudadanos que no
trabajan en el condado. ¿Por Qué? Porque
es muy fácil gastar el dinero de los ciudadanos que tontamente se dejan quitar
el dinero en taxes y toles por los políticos. Tenemos “5 nuevos vice alcaldes”.
Unas posiciones que nunca habían existido en el Condado Miami. Solo teníamos un
administrador y ya!!! Que invento es ese. ¿O es que los Virreyes son amigos del
alcalde y el los acomodo?
Sabían ustedes que el hijo del alcalde es uno de los CABILDEROS más
influyentes en el Condado Miami en que su papa es el alcalde. Dice un vecino
mío que todo queda en casa. Es legal que el hijo de un alcalde sea cabildero
donde su papa es el que “ordena y manda”. Es esto ilegal o legal???
>El crimen es altísimo en Miami, Creo es más alto que en toda la
historia de Miami. Y todos los días aumenta mucho más. Los noticieros de la
televisión todos los días llenan los espacios con noticias
“Sangrientas” de asesinatos y todos los días es así. Los casos de
tráfico de drogas son cada vez más populares y más dañinos y terribles. ¿Qué
pasa la policía está de vacaciones permanente?
El transito es un verdadero infierno en las calles y carreteras. Decenas
de accidentes son el pan nuestro de cada
día. Muertes y personas mutiladas es el saldo de todos los días. Las autopistas son sucursales de las
funerarias y los Hospitales. Las calles están más atiborradas de autos y cada
día hay más accidentes. (Nada) Dicen en
la TV que el tiempo de la luz amarilla le han quitado tiempo para poder ponerle
un ticket a los que doblan a la derecha en los semáforos y eso ha creado más
accidentes. (Un 22% mayor de accidentes)
En Hialeah se ha terminado hace más de un año una purificadora de agua
y nadie se ha podido tomar todavía un vaso de agua porque no sirve lo que
purifica. Quien estuvo a cargo de esto, cuando van a meter a un político en la
cárcel y le van a quitar todo lo que se robó. Pero no aquí no pasa nada.
>Aquí se encontró un grupos de personas que se dedicaban a recoger
boletas ausentes y luego llenarlas fraudulentamente y colocarlas en el
Departamento de Elecciones y así llenaban las posiciones de los políticos
pésimos que ahora tenemos. Y las boleteras aparecieron retratadas con el
alcalde, muy sonriente todos. No hubo ninguna boletera ni el alcalde preso.
>Tenemos una fuente de saqueo a los ciudadanos de Miami y de todo
el estado de la Florida que es la que es La lotería de La Florida, donde nadie
sabe quién es el que se gana el premio. Alguien me puede decir porque solamente
aquí hay tres casinos en que se juega: Los Micosuky, Los Perros y El hipódromo
de Hialeah. Porque estas tres entidades son los UNICOS que tienen derecho a
expoliar a los jugadores. Estas entidades que yo sepa no contribuyen a nada en
el Condado. Porque no se aprobó un casino ahí en donde estaba El Herald. POR
QUE? Porque no dejan que los casinos sea una empresa abierta para todos los que
paguen taxes??? Eso se llama
¡FAVORITISMO! ¡o COBRAR La Gabela”. Nosotros podemos tener un sistema como el de las Vegas… Miami es
más, mucho mejor plaza. Podemos invitar a La mujer del Raton Mike de Orlando, a
que su esposa se bañe en tanguitas en la playa mientras Mickey Mouse juega en
un casino como los de Las Vegas y que tengan que dejar impuestos en Miami y así
disminuir los abusivos taxes del gobierno condal de Miami. De todas maneras nos
están saqueando con la Lotería de La Florida, donde nunca se quién se la saca.
Mientras que en todos los mercados de Miami y gasolineras etc. Te venden los
tickes de la Lotería Saqueadora de los bolsillos de los trabajadores. >Nadie me puede justificar porque
aquí se cobran todos esos asfixiantes taxes, Tolls y otros cobros que son
muchísimos, tan exagerados y asfixiantes contra los ciudadanos del Condado
Miami. Porque con los miles de millones que genera el Puerto de Miami y los
otros miles de millones que genera el aeropuerto de Miami. Estos dos solos
colosos Generan dinero más que suficiente para mantener las calles de Miami
pavimentadas con Plata Mejicana. ¿En que se gasta ese dineral? Porque no se presentan en público todo el
dinero que generan estas dos entidades y en que se malgastan.
>El transporte de pasajeros en Miami es una porquería, las guaguas
están sucias y desvencijadas, vienen cuando les da la gana y casi siempre
vienen atrasadas y medio bacías. Porque el pueblo no las usa. PORQUE SON
INEFICIENTES E INSUFUCIENTES PARA TODO EL QUE DESEARIA USARLAS. El un dinero
que se derrocha y que no resuelve ningún problema. Yo propongo que se venda el
sistema a quien lo va a explotar mucho mejor que estos ineptos. Ademas toda esa
GIGANTESCA NOMINA DE TRABAJADORES DEL TRANSPORTE. Ustedes se recuerdan cuando
algunos particulares pusieron guaguas a dar servicio por donde los Miamenses
necesitaban ir y aquello se hizo muy popular. Creo que le decían “La Conchita”
Lo que pasa que como siempre el gobierno es inepto y eso tiene que cambiar.
>Aquí tenemos una organización que se lama “El Children Trust” que
no se puede saber dónde van todos los dineros que le sacan a los propietarios
de casas. La forma en que esa organización despilfarra el dinero no es posible
de auditar y ver donde se usa todos los millones que les sacan en los taxes de
la propiedad a los ciudadanos. Porque no se puede auditar las finanzas del
“Children Trust” donde se despilfarra nuestro dinero. Este es otro de los
canceres económicos que padecen los contribuyentes de Miami.
>Nosotros tenemos el mejor lugar del MUNDO para vacacionar, playas,
restaurantes, podemos hacer casinos, cabaret’s y Parques temáticos, Tenemos los
moles más bonitos y mejor surtidos del mundo. Pero no hacemos nada porque
estamos rodeados de enanos anormales que son electos. Y el pueblo duerme el
“Sueño eterno” ¿Y nadie despierta? Parece mentira que la industria permite al
gobierno manteniendo a Miami como una aldea retrograda. Porque no se ha
invitado y se les da facilidades a las grandes corporaciones de producción de
películas de Hollywood a que vengan aquí a hacer películas y que establezcan
estudios aquí. Las Películas de playas no podrán ser mejores que aquí porque el
frio del agua de California le pone los pelos de punta a cualquiera que se meta
en el agua. Aquí el agua es calientica y las playas no puedes ser más bellas.
>Los noticieros de la TV y Los periódicos diariamente están llenos de cadáveres
(Parecen cementerios todos los días) porque los accidentes. La ciudad es un
expendido de drogas de todos los colores y sabores. Y la policía bien gracias. Los Miembros de
los algunos gobiernos de los diferentes municipios han terminados en las
cárceles porque son unos delincuentes, Las oficinas de los gobiernos es una
extensión de la familia de los Alcaldes y otros funcionarios. Otros terminan en manos de la policía porque
hacen cosas locas en Motos o automóviles borrachos conduciendo a mucha más de
la velocidad permitida. Otros se dedican a robar los bienes de los ciudadanos.
Tenemos una falta de moral, decencia y legalidad. Pudiera estar escribiendo
cientos de páginas más de miserias y violaciones y burlas a los ciudadanos por
los gobernantes.
>Yo siempre he estado
esperando que el pueblo de Miami forme
un “motín” como el que ocurrió en el pequeño pueblo de Bell en California,
donde el pueblo tomo la alcandía y llevo hasta la cárcel a patadas por los
fondillos a los comisionados y al alcalde donde todavía están ahí por ladrones
y descarados. El
problema del despilfarro de los gastos del gobierno condal en Miami. El 60% de
los ingresos del condado se gastan en pensiones y salarios. El alcalde actual
recibirá una pensión de $150,000. Tenemos demasiadas personas cobrando altos
salarios y pensiones.
> Todos los candidatos a cargos públicos por elecciones como
Comisionados, alcalde, Jueces etc.
a) No les será permitido presentarse a ser reelectos más de una
vez.
b) El máximo de tiempo para servir para políticos electos será
de 8 años.
c) Deben presentar prueba de que no tienen antecedentes penales.
d) Hacer una declaración jurada de todos sus bienes, dinero y
propiedades al comenzar su perido electo..
e) Entregar un currículum laboral, experiencia y académico que pruebe su capacidad y
experiencia.
f) Tienen que entregar un plan de las mejoras que se comprometen
a implementar en el ejercicio de la posición a que son candidatos. Este plan
será Jurado, notariado y entregado ante el Clerk de la Corte un mes antes de
las elecciones. El candidato podrá ser impugnado en la corte por no cumplir con
su documento de compromiso.
> Todos los candidatos a cargos públicos por elecciones como

apoyo; al final del documento una sola vez. Sirviendo de testigo como que sí
estuvo presente en el momento de que los ciudadanos firmaron dicha hoja de
recogida de firmas de apoyo al referéndum.
d) No será necesario que la hoja de firmas de apoyo sean
notarizadas.
e) Prohibida la persecución o acoso a las personas que
participen en el proceso como voluntarios.
El gobierno tiene que proteger a los ciudadanos y no protegerse
de los ciudadanos.
> Reducir el presupuesto
del condado Miami Dade, en un 10% anualmente hasta que lleguemos al nivel del
presupuesto del año 2000. Este presupuesto tiene que ser balanceado de acuerdo
con una razonable colección de impuestos.
> La policía y los servicios de seguridad tienen que mejorar sus
técnicas, entrenamiento y protocolos. El criminal y el delincuente tienen que
ser perseguido y castigado ejemplarmente, sea quien sea y viva donde viva. Se
fomentara un plan en el cual la ciudadanía puede y debe participar activamente
en la persecución de los criminales y ayudando a la policía y los servicios de
seguridad ciudadana.
> Los Taxes sobre la
propiedad inmobiliaria no podrán elevarse mientras el desempleo en el condado
Miami Dade sea mayor al 8%. Se debe eliminar la posición de Tasador de la
propiedad y crear un departamento mucho más pequeño y menos costoso; que
realice los ajustes en los taxes de acuerdo con esta enmienda.
> La administración del condado actuara de una forma mucho
más enérgica ante casos de mala administración, errores, corrupción o abusos
con los empleados o el público como los pasados ocurridos en Los departamentos
de Transporte, Viviendas, DERM, Aeropuerto, Puerto, ETC. Se despedirá desde el
Director del Departamento en problemas hasta la tercera línea de ejecutivos. Y
en los casos que se amerite se les pondrá a disposición de la corte.
> a-Reducción de los distritos del condado Miami Dade de 13 a 5
Cada distrito tendrá igual número de votantes.
b-Asalariar a los comisionados a $72,000.00
c- Está prohibido prohibirles a los comisionados o a cualquier
político electo o empleado del Condado Miami Dade de por vida que puedan
cabildear o hacer negocios, o ser parte de una compañía que haga negocios con
el condado de Miami Dade durante o después de terminar su empleo o servicio.
d-Los comisionados tendrán una sola oficina con 3 empleados.
e- El presupuesto total de su oficina será de $322,000 anual en
total.
f-Se elimina radicalmente la asignación de $800,000 anuales para
usar como gastos discrecionales por el comisionado.
> El alcalde y/o los comisionados del condado no podrán aprobar y
ordenar la ejecución de proyectos nuevos de la magnitud del túnel de la Bahía o
el Estadium de los Marlins. Todos los proyectos de gran magnitud del condado
deben ser consultados electoralmente con los ciudadanos y aprobados por los
votantes mediante votación secreta y directa.
> El alcalde y/o los comisionados del condado no podrán aprobar y
ordenar la ejecución de proyectos nuevos de la magnitud del túnel de la Bahía o
el Estadium de los Marlins. Todos los proyectos de gran magnitud del condado
deben ser consultados electoralmente con los ciudadanos y aprobados por los
votantes mediante votación secreta y directa.
> Se tiene que nombrar una comisión de personas ajenas al condado
Miami Dade o un gran jurado para que investigue todo lo relacionado Los
despilfarros que han quedado impunes como en El Aeropuerto, el Puerto de Miami,
el departamento de Transporte, DERM, Viviendas, El Túnel de la bahía, El
Estadium de los Marlins, etc. para saber quién se benefició y después
encauzarlo legalmente en la corte correspondiente.
> El condado está en la
obligación de publicar en un sitio del internet creado al efecto Las subastas
de trabajos públicos a contratar por los diferentes departamentos. Deben
publicarse también los nombre de los lobistas que atienden a la subasta y a las
empresas o personas que representan y los detalles de la oferta incluido las
cantidades que ofrecieron cada participante. Y después de adjudicado el
trabajo, tendrán que publicar quien fue el ganador y porque razones. En la
subasta debe estar presente un oficial de la Oficina del Inspector General que
certifique la legalidad del proceso.
> Toda persona “político u Oficial” que sea despedido de su
cargo por alguna razón legal como: fraude, cosa mal hecha o delito, lucro
indebido, mal desempeño de su función por estar por incumpliendo sus
obligaciones o renuncia personal por el motivo que sea. No debe recibir ninguna
pensión ni compensación de ninguna clase por parte del condado. En caso de que
se esté haciendo algún pago en estos momentos proceder a presentar demanda en
corte para detener estos pagos.
> a-Se elimina la posición de Jefe de Policía y se sustituye por
la de Sheriff este ejercerá todas las funciones del actual Jefe de Policía.
b- El Sheriff, El Inspector General, El Jefe de la Oficina anti
corrupción y El Jefe de la Oficina de control de ética. A partir de la
aprobación de esta enmienda serán posiciones elegidas por los votantes del
condado Miami Dade en elecciones. c-Tendrán todas las funciones que tienen
ahora pero serán absolutamente independientes del alcalde y los comisionados y
rendirán cuenta directamente a los votantes.
> a-A partir de la fecha en que estas enmiendas sean aprobadas por
votación en elecciones secretas y directas por los ciudadanos del Condado Miami
Dade. Estos cambios serán incorporados a la Carta Constitucional del Condado
Miami Dade inmediatamente.
b-Los próximos cambios que se le proponga en el futuro a dicha
carta solo podrán efectuarse mediante la acción de un Referéndum que aprueben
estos nuevos cambios mediante elecciones por los ciudadanos del condado Miami
Dade.
c-Los comisionados del condado Miami Dade, no tendrán el poder
de modificarlas, agregar, sustituir o cambiar ninguna de las regulaciones en la
Carta del Condado..

>En el condado casi nada funciona bien. Existen
50,000 personas que están esperando en la lista del programa Plan 8. Varios
edificios que están semi abandonados y que se están cayendo a pedazos
fabricados y carecen de estacionamientos. “Ahora mismo hay uno en West Kendall
que los construyeron pero está vacío porque tienen que dar casi $4,000 dólares
para poder vivir ahí. “El alcalde Giménez en los últimos dos años se ha
enfocado en lo que se llama “Workforce Housing” el ha dado propiedades de Miami
Dade, terrenos de Miami Dade para construir casas que se están ofreciendo a
$170 mil dólares y esas casas no se le están vendiendo a las personas que están
en listas de espera y no tiene un proceso aprobado por el departamento de
vivienda a nivel de Washington”, ahora están hablando de gastarse más de $70
millones de dólares en el proyecto Liberty Squere. Hay una crisis en el
departamento de viviendas de Miami Dade. Actualizar la lista de las personas
que esperan por vivienda sería un buen paso para comenzar a reparar el daño, el sistema de computadoras que tiene el
condado, señalando “que es anticuado”. “Hace aproximadamente 6 meses el
gobierno federal encontró que el departamento de viviendas públicas de Miami
Dade, había dado más de $2 millones de dólares erróneamente a compañías que no
cumplieron con el requisito federal, y que decidió Carlos Giménez “pues Giménez
decidió pagar la multa, no con el dinero que tenemos ahora, sino con el dinero
que vamos a recibir para las viviendas en dos años”. De acuerdo con el alcalde
Giménez, “en Washington no hay dinero y que el estado no le quiere dar dinero
al condado Miami Dade”.
>Quieren vivir en un lugar decente, donde no malgasten su dinero ni
le cobren taxes donde el dinero no se usa para el bienestar de los ciudadanos y
la comunidad y vivir con tranquilidad y
legalidad. Si ustedes me apoyan estoy dispuesto hacerlo. Los que quieren votar
por mi tendrán que hacerlo en la boleta en blanco. No habrá propaganda en TV o
periódicos ni pasquines. No recogeremos dinero para campaña, ni para nada. Lo
que podemos haremos es poner los anuncios en mi sitio Web y en mi página “En mi
opinión” Ustedes pueden copiar mis mensajes y ponerlos en sus sitio web y en
Facebook. Coméntenlo con sus amigos y familiares. Así es que le vamos a ganar a
los que no se merecen ser sus representantes en el gobierno.
