Executive Branch Seizes Money from US Citizens

Times continue to be terrifyingly desperate for fiscally insolvent federal and state governments.  Following recent news that the U.S. government made savings & retirement accounts a prime target for confiscation, we now have this bombshell from the Washington Post: The executive branch of government has seized money from thousands of innocent U.S. citizens with absolutely no due process. Police departments around the country, at the command of the Justice Department & Homeland Security, have confiscated money from over 200,000 citizens – in some cases tens of thousands of dollars – even though many of them committed no crime!  Why?  Because our state & federal governments are broke, bankrupt and in desperate need of capital.  Just like this administration, law enforcement is shredding the Constitution and rule of law.  The Police State is now being expanded to unlawfully gain access to citizens' money.  Experts advise that you have only ONE choice if you want to protect your savings and retirement from the eventual overreach of government confiscations and seizures.
Government on the Brink of Disaster
Damon Geller: The U.S. government and the Fed pumped trillions of dollars of YOUR money into the banks and stock market over the last several years, catapulting the U.S. debt to $28 trillion by 2018. But now, the U.S. government and the Fed are completely out of ammo, with the Fed no longer able to buy U.S. treasuries.  They desperately need money to maintain their own power, and taxes are not enough.  So government officials are doing everything they can to keep the Ponzi scheme going, such as seizing the public’s money through inflation, deficits, and outright confiscation.
The 4th Amendment under Siege
The 4th Amendment of the Constitution reads clearly:  “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.”  But according to the shocking Washington Post report, the 4th Amendment is under siege.
Unknown to most citizens, police officers around the country received training and financial support from the departments of Homeland Security and Justice to engage in the practice of “highway interdiction” – which involves the police using minor infractions as an excuse to stop citizens, request warrantless searches, and seize cash.  In most cases, no crime has been committed and the police never make an arrest.
As part of highway interdiction, the enforcers within the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government – the police – have seized an enormous amount of money from innocent U.S. citizens through a Justice Department program known as “Equitable Sharing.”  Equitable sharing, the federal government’s largest asset forfeiture program, gives the executive branch of government the authority to confiscate your money without due process, even if you’ve committed no crime!
The Washington Post obtained a database from the Justice Department containing details about 212,000 seizures through the Equitable Sharing Program, likely totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars or more. The following are just a few of the horrifying cases exposed by the Washington Post:
  • Police confiscated $32,000 from a New York man after stopping him because he had a cracked windshield
  • Police confiscated $17,550 from a Virginia man after stopping him because his car windows were tinted
  • Police confiscated $13,000 from a North Carolina man after stopping him for no offense whatsoever
  • Police confiscated $2,400 from a Nevada man after stopping him for no offense whatsoever
Gov’t Confiscation Goes Much Further
Government confiscation of citizen wealth doesn’t stop with Equitable Sharing.  As was recently reported, the U.S. government has made several highly controversial moves to nationalize retirement accounts like IRAs, 401Ks, pensions, 403Bs, as well as savings accounts worldwide:
  • FATCA requires foreign financial institutions such as banks, stock brokers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and trusts to report all U.S. citizens’ accounts directly to the IRS.  FATCA even requires reporting to the IRS by foreign private companies on any income made by a citizen of the U.S. whether they live here or not.
  • Obama announced the creation of the MyRA – your retirement money will now be used to pay for U.S. debt.  MyRA is nothing more than an investment scam being sold to the American people as a you-can’t-lose, zero-risk investment by the pitchman-in-chief himself.
  • The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which oversees how investments are sold, proposed what it calls CARDS – Comprehensive Automated Risk Data System – which is an electronic system that will regularly collect data on balances and transactions in all 4100 brokerage accounts nationwide.
So for the first time ever, the U.S. government is directing you where to invest your savings & retirement and has gained full access to the activity in every single citizen’s bank accounts, retirement accounts, brokerage accounts and trading accounts.  The IRS will also have full visibility on any oversees accounts, income, equity or other earnings, effectively giving them access to all the wealth of every American citizen no matter where they reside on earth.
Protect Yourself from Gov't Confiscation Now
With our desperate government gaining unprecedented access to your money everywhere in the world, you need to take action NOW to protect your savings & retirement.  But if the government has its hands in your bank accounts, retirement accounts, brokerage accounts – and even the cash in your pocket – is any place safe?
Absolutely. There’s ONE asset class this sits outside the financial system and is completely secure from government confiscation and global economic collapse:  Gold & Silver.  Gold & Silver have been the best wealth protectors for over 5,000 years and have survived every government & currency collapse in history.  So with the government spending way beyond its limits and seizing control of your financial accounts, the time is now.  Protect your savings & retirement with physical gold & silver before you have nothing left to protect. (Call 800-226-8106 to receive your free copy of Damon Geller's popular book, "Rescue Your Money from the National Debt Disaster," or see below)

US, Arab allies launch first wave of strikes in Syria

The United States, joined by five Arab allies, launched an intense campaign of airstrikes, bombings and cruise-missile attacks against the Islamic State and another militant group in Syria Monday night – marking the first U.S. military intervention in Syria since the start of that country’s civil war in 2011.

FNR Special Coverage: POTUS ISIS Bombings Statement

11:23
U.S. Central Command (Centcom) said in a statement released early Tuesday that 14 Islamic State targets were hit, including the group's fighters, training camps, headquarters and command-and-control facilities, and armed vehicles. The operation involved a combination of fighter jets, bombers, Predator drones and Tomahawk missiles launched from the Red Sea and Persian Gulf.
"We're going to do what's necessary to take the fight to this terrorist group," President Obama said Tuesday, before traveling to New York for meetings at the U.N. He cautioned that the effort "will take time."
Lt. Gen. William Mayville Jr., director of operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, described the operation as "the beginnings of a sustained campaign." The strikes in Syria "destroyed or damaged" multiple targets, according to the U.S. military, which reported "all aircraft safely exited the strike areas."
The mission was not limited to hitting Islamic State positions. Centcom said that U.S. aircraft also struck eight targets associated with another terrorist group called the Khorasan Group, made of up Al Qaeda veterans. Those strikes, near the northwestern Syrian city of Aleppo, targeted training camps, a munitions production facility, a communication building and command-and-control facilities.
Centcom said the Khorasan Group was involved in "imminent attack plotting against the United States and Western interests."
The military strikes come less than two weeks after Obama, on Sept. 10, authorized U.S. airstrikes inside Syria as part of a broad campaign to root out the militants. The strikes ostensibly put the United States, for now, on the same side as Bashar Assad, the Syrian strongman whose ouster Obama once sought -- though the Assad regime was not involved in Monday's strikes.
Syria's Foreign Ministry told the Associated Press that the U.S. informed Syria's envoy to the U.N. that "strikes will be launched against the terrorist Daesh group in Raqqa." The statement used an Arabic name to refer to the Islamic State group, which is more commonly known as ISIS or ISIL.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki made clear in a statement Tuesday that the U.S. "did not request the regime's permission" and had warned the Syrian government "not to engage U.S. aircraft."
"We did not coordinate our actions with the Syrian government," she said.
U.S. officials said that the airstrikes began around 8:30 p.m. ET, and were conducted by the U.S., Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates. The first wave of strikes finished about 90 minutes later, though the operation was expected to have lasted several hours.
"We believe we hit, largely, everything we were aiming at," Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby told Fox News. Kirby said the military made the decision to strike early Monday.
The operation involved 47 Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles launched from the USS Arleigh Burke and USS Philippine Sea. Officials told Fox News that B-1 bombers, F-16 and F-18 fighters, and Predator drones were also used. The F-18s flew missions off the USS George H.W. Bush in the Persian Gulf.
Obama, in announcing plans for an expanded campaign against ISIS earlier this month, said: “I have made it clear that we will hunt down terrorists who threaten our country, wherever they are. That means I will not hesitate to take action against ISIL in Syria, as well as Iraq."
The following day, at a conference with Secretary of State John Kerry, key Arab allies promised they would "do their share" to fight the Islamic State militants. The Obama administration, which at a NATO meeting in Wales earlier this month also got commitments from European allies as well as Canada and Australia, has insisted that the fight against the Islamic State militants could not be the United States' fight alone.
Until now, U.S. airstrikes have been limited to specific missions in northern Iraq, where 194 missions have been launched since August 8. Lawmakers and military advisers, though, had stressed for weeks that any campaign against the Islamic State would have to include action in Syria, where the militant network is based.
"To defeat ISIS, we must cut off the head of the snake, which exists in Syria," Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, said in a statement late Monday. "I support the administration’s move to conduct airstrikes against ISIS wherever it exists."
A senior official told Fox News that Obama was briefed by military officials on the operation throughout the night. Earlier in the evening, the president spoke to House Speaker John Boeher, R-Ohio, and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. A White House official also updated House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., on the progress of the airstrikes.
Because the United States had stayed out of the Syria conflict for so long, the Obama administration had spent the last several weeks scrambling to gather intelligence about possible targets in Syria, launching surveillance missions over the country last month.
Syrian activists reported several airstrikes on militant targets in the northern city of Raqqa, ISIS's main base. One Raqqa-based activist, speaking on condition of anonymity, told AP that the airstrikes lit the night sky over the city, and reported a power cut that lasted for two hours.
The head of the main Western-backed Syrian opposition group, Hadi Bahra, welcomed the commencement of airstrikes in Syria.
"Tonight, the international community has joined our fight against ISIS in Syria," he said in a statement.  "We have called for airstrikes such as those that commenced tonight with a heavy heart and deep concern, as these strikes begin in our own homeland. We insist that utmost care is taken to avoid civilian casualties."
Centcom said that other airstrikes hit ISIS targets near the Syrian cities of Dayr az Zawr, Al Hasakah, and Abu Kamal. Also, the U.S. carried out four airstrikes against ISIS in northern Iraq, southwest of the city of Kirkuk.
Military leaders have said about two-thirds of the estimated 31,000 Islamic State militants were in Syria.
Some officials have expressed concern that going after Islamic State militants in Syria could inadvertently help Assad, since the militants are fighting in part to overthrow Assad.
Urged on by the White House and U.S. defense and military officials, Congress passed legislation late last week authorizing the military to arm and train moderate Syrian rebels. Obama signed the bill into law Friday, providing $500 million for the U.S. to train about 5,000 rebels over the next year.
The militant group, meanwhile, has threatened retribution. Its spokesman, Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, said in a 42-minute audio statement released Sunday that the fighters were ready to battle the U.S.-led military coalition and called for attacks at home and abroad.
Fox News' Jennifer Griffin, Justin Fishel, Ed Henry, Chad Pergram and the Associated Press contributed to this report.

Lines blur for US troops in fight against ISIS

President Obama insists he will not have “boots on the ground” in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), but the line between a combat and advisory role is blurry.
check it out:
Obama plans to send more than 1,600 troops to Iraq as “advisers” to the military, and all of them could find themselves in harm’s way.
About 800 of the troops are providing security for diplomatic personnel and property, including infantry soldiers and Marines. Although they do not have a combat mission, they are armed and prepared to defend themselves.
Several hundred more troops will work closely with Iraqi and Kurdish forces to train and advise them about how to fight ISIS on the ground.

Watch: What This Rare Interview with ISIS Just Exposed Will Chill You To Your Core

“I can’t believe how someone that has extremist terrorist ideologies was sitting in front of..."

A Canadian recruit identified as Abu Usamah Somali recently agreed to an interview with Vice News, during which he revealed the deadly plans and staggering number of militants associated with terrorist organization Islamic State, or ISIS.
He described leaving Canada after convincing authorities in that country that he posed no threat.
“All the intelligence workers are imbeciles,” he said. “I can’t believe how someone that has extremist terrorist ideologies was sitting in front of you and you didn’t capture him. The next time they saw me, they saw me ripping up my passport.”
Now reportedly stationed in Mosul, Iraq, Somali confirmed he is one of as many as 15,000 foreign fighters currently in the country. Beyond the threat ISIS poses in the region, however, he was quick to proclaim that deadly attacks are being planned around the world – including New York City.
“A lot of brothers there are mobilizing right now,” he said, adding only that their plan consists of a “brilliant attack.”
When asked why he and other Muslims are involved in terrorist activities, he said that they are “tired of oppression” and want to be allowed to practice their faith in any way they choose without retaliation.
“Give us our freedom,” he demanded. “If we want sharia law, leave us alone.”
Somali claimed that the group has “thousands” of prisoners awaiting their beheading, taunting interviewer Shane Smith by indicating that one of those individuals could be his relative.
The terrorist confirmed that he welcomes martyrdom, insisting that the terrorist threat will only subside when Islam conquers the world. He predicted Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu’s crucifixion and the erection of an Islamic flag over the White House.
That objective, he concluded, would be carried out not only by the terrorists positioned in the Middle East, but by “thousands upon thousands in the West” who have aligned themselves with the extremist cause.

MILITARY ANALYST: ISIS 'WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED'

'The violent element is in the DNA of Islam'

Retired U.S. Navy Capt. Chuck Nash says radical groups like the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, can never be completely eradicated, and any meaningful degrading of the terrorist army will only come with competent ground forces working in tandem with powerful airstrikes like Americans saw Monday night.
Nonetheless, Nash is impressed by the performance of U.S. forces this week in the first airstrikes conducted in Syria and is pleased to see Arab allies, particularly Sunnis, joining the fight.
Late Monday, the Pentagon confirmed that the U.S. was carrying out the first wave of airstrikes inside Syria. War planes with precision-guided munitions and multiple U.S. Navy vessels firing a variety of missiles took part, with varying levels of assistance from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
By all accounts, the strikes were on target and avoided civilian casualties. However, Nash said Americans should have no illusions about what U.S. military efforts can and cannot accomplish in taking the fight to ISIS.
“It will never be destroyed. The violent element is in the DNA of Islam. It’s in their documents. Moderates and radicals read the same documents and draw their inspiration from the same religious texts. It will never disappear. It can only be degraded,” said Nash, who is also a military analyst for the Fox News Channel.
Listen to the WND/Radio America interview with retired U.S. Navy Capt. Chuck Nash:
According to Nash, air power can be very effective, but it has the greatest impact when accompanied by competent ground forces that can take the fight to the enemy’s ground forces. He said the U.S. learned that the hard way in the NATO campaign against Serbia in the late 1990s.
In that campaign, without guidance from the ground, U.S. pilots were very focused on striking Serbian tanks, only to discover they were decoys.
“Unless you have a ground force to oppose a ground force, there’s no reason for that other ground force to coalesce into a defensive position and become dense enough to become a lucrative air target,” Nash said.
Finding effective ground troops in this campaign could prove difficult. U.S. officials say it will take up to a year to get moderate Syrian rebels prepared to fight ISIS. Iraqi forces continue to prove they are not up to the task. Last Sunday, ISIS militants successfully smuggled explosive-laden Humvees onto an Iraqi base in Anbar Province.
Once detonated, up to 500 Iraqi soldiers were lost.
Nash said the Iraqis will need to shape up in a hurry if they are to be used effectively against ISIS.
“They’re going to have to get competent leadership at the officer level,” he said. “They do have some good troops in the commando units, the special forces units that we’ve trained. Those guys are good, but there just aren’t enough of them. The regular army infantry that the Iraqi forces have are not properly led, not properly equipped. The events of last Sunday showed that.”
Even if the Iraqi military improved drastically in the coming months, Nash sees little alternative but to have U.S. personnel at the front to coordinate the air campaign.
“There have to be boots on the ground at some point that are working on the same goals as we are,” he said. “I’m not saying they have to be U.S. boots necessarily. We’re either going to have Title 10, some people in uniform who are used to working with U.S. aircraft, or Title 50 where they are chopped from the military to another agency where they’re on the ground.”
Nash added, “But call them Americans on the ground. Sooner or later, there are going to be Americans on the ground. Otherwise, we’re just going to be chasing ghosts.”
Nash also sees a couple of significant positive developments in the wake of Monday night’s bombings, especially the involvement of five Arab nations in the mission: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. An even more “critical step,” he says, is that Sunnis in the region are ready to confront other Sunnis.
“The critical step is admitting and going out to defend, in their own populations, the fact that these Sunni countries are in combat against a Sunni unit in this ISIS group,” he said. “They’re taking on the risk of having internal problems, internal terrorist acts or demonstrations in their own countries.”
While Monday’s strikes are just the beginning of a campaign the U.S. admits will take years, Nash also reminded Americans to marvel at just how good the U.S. military is at what it does.
“We make this look really easy. It’s not,” he said. “There’s a lot of skill, a lot of practice. The experience of war over time has educated the people who are flying the airplanes and planning the missions. It makes it look easy, but it’s fairly complicated.”
How complicated is it?
“The big thing is getting everything to work as it’s supposed to work,” Nash explained. “You plan on it to work, and then you come up with backups if things go wrong, if the weather intervenes, if this group is running late because they got off late. How late can you get off and still make the mission? What are the fall-back positions? Is everybody communicating or is somebody in a ducting layer, where you can’t hear them?”
He said, “There are all kinds of things that can happen in the environment and in human performance that can really throw a monkey wrench into things. So when things go smoothly, everybody says, ‘Well, that’s the way it’s supposed to work.’ But it’s hard to pull off.”

News about our “ALLIES” in the Ground
I copy the news from today´s Wall Street Journal

Thousands of civilians and rebels across Syria protested allied airstrikes against extremist militants that continued on Saturday, underscoring the challenge the U.S.-led campaign faces in dealing with complex ties among rival rebel factions.
The attacks are leading to confusion on the ground and new complications for American policy makers, as they try to navigate the tensions between the more moderate Syrian rebels they back, and extremist ones.
Many of these “moderate” Syrian rebels—a linchpin of the Obama administration's Syria strategy to better train and arm the opposition—accuse the U.S. of excluding them from the West's strategy on Syria and of undercutting their efforts to oust President Bashar al-Assad.
The risks were underscored by the Friday protests, with demonstrators raising anti-American banners—a notable departure from when activists pleaded for international intervention in the early days of the Syrian conflict.
The unrest stemmed largely from the U.S. decision this past week to target not only the extremist Islamic State militant group in Syria, but also a second cluster of fighters, what American officials call the Khorasan group.
"Khorasan" refers to a geographic region comprising parts of Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
Group members are top al Qaeda operatives who arrived in Syria a year or more ago
U.S. officials are debating the degree to which Khorasan foreign militants respond to direct orders from al Qaeda's leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, as they develop what American officials say are terrorist plots outside of the region
When U.S. missiles and bombs were fired at sites used by Khorasan this week as part of the offensive against Islamic State forces, American officials said the strikes were intended to disrupt an imminent Khorasan terror plot directed at the West.
But for too many Syrians, however, the Khorasan militants are indistinguishable from the Nusra Front rebel group, which opposes both President Assad and the foreign fighters of the Islamic State militant force.
Further, many U.S.-backed moderate rebels are allied with Nusra, which, despite its al Qaeda affiliation is seen by many other rebels as a preferable, homegrown rebel movement.
But the arrival of these al Qaeda transplants from outside of Syria has prompted a major evolution within Nusra Front. The organization is "increasingly beginning to represent more of a transnationally minded organization, with an explicit intention to establish Islamic Emirates in Syria
So, many of these Syrian rebels say they view the U.S.-led campaign as a misdirected attack on forces the population supports for protecting the country's Sunni majority from mainly Shiite-linked government forces when the international community failed to intervene over 3½ years.
The emerging dynamic shows how the volatile mix of jihadists and shifting alliances in Syria can have cascading and unpredictable consequences, making even the most limited U.S. mission in Syria complex.
The gap between the U.S. and local Syrians over the significance of the Khorasan group is deeply complicating the U.S. offensive in Syria.
A major gap has opened up between the U.S. and our supposed local allies in Syria-
On Tuesday, nearly a dozen of the FSA's most powerful groups signed a declaration denouncing the strikes.
In a heated meeting with the Syrian opposition in Istanbul Thursday, U.S. officials demanded an explanation for the statement condemning the American-led coalition, an opposition official said.
The U.S. State Department had no comment.

Of course, what could they comment?
But I would like to comment.
Syria may end up being President Obama's key negative foreign policy legacy, as negative as his entire legacy is.
I think the President's actions led us to where we are today. The red line he set for Assad's use of chemical weapons then ignored it when Assad gassed his own people. His pulling of US troops from Iraq has resulted in opening space for ISIS. I don't think ISIS would be in Iraq if our forces were still there.
These are the results, the events in the ground, how everybody knew were going to be, except our president.
t’s seems no matter which group we choose, they are going to be fundamentalist religious believers who have little if any problems with beheadings, public executions, stoning women, lopping off body parts, crawling on their knees five times a day, going to Heaven for killing infidels, keeping women in black bags and of course their main mission, wiping Jews and America off the face of the Earth.
Here in America we are not even allowed to connect ISIS or any of the violence in the Middle East to the word RELIGION. We are required to call it SECTARIANISM or EXTREMISM.
NOO….. It’s RELIGION even if it is an aberration of religion.
A RELIGION, Islam, which has been the seat of ignorance, arrogance, greed, bigotry, torture, war and violence in history.
ISIS has now gone from 10,000 to 50,000 and growing. How many young Muslim men are there in the world that has nothing left to lose?  With no hope.
100 million? 200 million? Joined up with a promise to take care of their families and actually believing that killing and murdering will get them into Heaven with 72 naked virgins.
How could anyone possible believe such insane crap?
But accordingly with our president, we can count with their help in the ground to defeat ISIS

Jorge A Villalon:                                                                                                       My comment, if this is true that the murdered, Alton Nolan, American Citizen, with a criminal background, Negro, and  recently  converted to Islam committed this heinous beheading because of his “new” believes, and then we can say that it is the first case in our soil, continental USA of such an act
The Miami Herald had this article at the bottom of the first page, Miami Heat new “team” is the feature news, this leaves a lot to be desire of our priorities, and at least it was in the first page because the Spanish edition El Nuevo Herald had it at the bottom of the fifth page.
I am sending this Web page, again as to “refresh your memory” of how Muslims Demographics works, and as a reminder of what could happen in our continental USA if we continue with our present foreign policy.
OKLAHOMA
Suspect in beheading had just been fired
› A rampage that left one woman beheaded and another employee seriously injured was put to an end when the COO of a food plant shot the alleged attacker, police say.
BY ABBY OHLHEISER AND ELAHE IZADI Washington Post Service
A man who had just been fired by an Oklahoma City-area food processing plant allegedly severed the head of one of his former co-workers and attacked another before being shot by the company’s chief operating officer, according to police.
The suspect — 30-year-old Alton Nolen — walked into the front office of the Vaughan Foods processing plant in Moore, Oklahoma, after his firing Thursdayand attacked employee Colleen Hufford, Moore police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said in a statement.
Nolen attacked Hufford with a knife and severed her head, the statement said. “Yes, she was beheaded,” Lewis, confirmed to the Associated Press.
Nolen was attacking a second woman at the plant
   — 43-year-old Traci Johnson — when, Lewis said, he was shot by Mark Vaughan, a top executive at Vaughan Foods who is also an Oklahoma County sheriff’s reserve deputy. “This was not going to stop if he didn’t stop it,” Lewis said Friday. “It could have gotten a lot worse.” Nolen was hospitalized and police are waiting until he is conscious to arrest him, according to the AP. Lewis did not know what charges would be filed, the AP reported.
According to the police statement, after interviewing Nolen’s former coworkers, “information was obtained that he recently started trying to convert several employees to the Muslim religion.”
“Due to the manner of death and the initial statements of co-workers and other initial information, the Moore Police Department requested the assistance of the FBI in conducting a background investigation.”
Two federal law enforcement officials told The Washington Post that Nolen is a recent convert to Islam.
One of the officials called Nolen’s Facebook page “provocative,” saying it included a photo of Osama bin Laden.
The FBI is assisting in the investigation and has so far found no links to terrorism, the officials said.
According to Oklahoma Department of Corrections records, Nolen has multiple tattoos that appear to be religious in nature, including an abdominal tattoo of an Arabic greeting that translates to “peace be with you.”
The suspect also has a tattoo across his chest pertaining to Jesus Christ and a “praying hands” arm tattoo.
Nolen was convicted in 2011 on drug charges and for assaulting a police officer. When Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Betsy Randolph attempted to arrest him on outstanding warrants during a 2010 traffic stop, Nolen escaped and fled into the woods, News OK reported.
His escape from detention led to a 12-hour manhunt, until he was eventually captured.
Nolen spent two years in the Oklahoma prison system, according to Department of Corrections records.
Lewis said Nolen “became angry” after his firing and went to the Vaughan Foods parking lot, then drove to the front of the business, where he hit another vehicle.
Nolen, Lewis said, then entered the building, where he encountered Hufford and allegedly attacked her.
Lewis said he did not know why Nolen was fired, according to the AP, and a statement from Vaughan Foods made no direct mention of Nolen.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the team member we lost and all those affected,” company spokeswoman Danielle Katcher said in the statement. “Our focus is on the safety and well-being of our employees. We will provide counseling and support for our team members and support each other through this difficult time.”
The knife used in the attack, Lewis said, was the same kind used by workers at the plant, according to NBC affiliate KFOR.
In a statement, Oklahoma County Sheriff John Whetsel called Vaughan a “hero,” saying: “There is every reason to believe that the lives of untold others were saved who would have been targeted by the suspect if it hadn’t been for Deputy Vaughan’s actions.”

HEY, ANTI-GUN NUTS: Good Guy with a Gun Prevents 2nd Beheading in OK Business

Well, lookey there…someone with a gun prevented someone from dying and being beheaded? I thought guns were evil? Check it out…
On September 26, an armed company owner intervened in an attack by shooting a former employee who had already beheaded one worker and was stabbing another.
The attack took place at Vaughan Foods in Moore, Oklahoma.
Fox News reports that the alleged attacker, 30-year-old Alton Nolen, drove his car into another car in the parking lot of Vaughan Foods’ parking lot, then entered the business and beheaded 54-year-old Collee Hufford. He was allegedly stabbing a second victim, 43-year-old Traci Johnson, when company owner Mark Vaughan drew the gun he was carrying and shot Nolen.
Vaughan is C.O.O. of the food company and “a reserve county deputy.”
Moore Police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis praised Vaughan’s actions, calling him a “hero.” He said the situation “could have gotten a lot worse” if had not had his gun.

Thanks To Islam & Political Correctness, Beheading Has Hit the Heartland

Written by Doug Giles
Last week I penned a column titled, “THANKS TO ISLAM: ‘Beheading’ Has Been Re-introduced Into Our Discussions”.
In the column that I penned seven days ago I put forth this warning:  “For those of us in the U.S. still skipping around the maypole with rose-colored glasses on, thinking beheadings will never happen in our neck of the woods — I’m sure that’s what the UK thought prior to Lee Rigby’s beheading last year.”
Now, unless you live in la-la-land you’re well aware of the brutal beheading that happened in Moore, Oklahoma this past Friday.
Depending on where you get your news, you might or might not know the religion that the culprit confesses.
So, in light of the lack of credible intel that comes forth from the “mainstream media”, let’s play a game, shall we? Let’s play, “Guess The Religion Of The Whiny Murderous D-bag Who Cut An Innocent Woman’s Head Off?”
Are you ready? Okay, lets go:
Was the Beheader into:
1.      Hinduism?
2.      Buddhism?
3.      Pentecostalism?
4.      Rastafarianism?
5.      Judaism?
6.      Shintoism?
7.      Korean Shamanism?
8.      Jainism?
9.      Caodaism?
10. Or Islam?
If you guessed number 10 then you’re sharper than most folks that make up MSNBC’s research squad.
Before the reports started rolling in about the idiot’s religious affiliation, as soon as I heard how he murdered his co-worker I knew it could only be one religious persuasion that goes there nowadays — and I was right: it was none other than Islam.
I don’t know why this continues to shock people, because their head wizard beheaded people in his inglorious day and they’re just following his head trail.

When I originally floated the aforementioned column last weekend, the predictable and always anonymous trolls slithered out of their crap holes and mocked the possibility of such a thing happening here; and, of course, slimed me as a hater for branding Muslims for such outlandish behavior.
Apparently, I was spot on and they were dead wrong.
That said, I re-offer my buddy Donald Joy’s five salient points that could keep you and yours alive should another Religion-Of-Peacer follow his master’s dictates/example:
1.      I hate to be cliché, but if you see something, say something. Seek the police out and relay anything suspicious that you observe, wherever you are…be vigilant. Tell your companions to watch your back, and watch theirs.
2.      Be a “racist.”One of the fundamental principles of surviving an adverse, life-threatening event has two key elements: Distance and shielding. That is, stay away or get away, as far away as possible, from the threat, and, put barriers (ideally, impenetrable barriers such as thick metal and concrete, mountains, etc.) between yourself and the threat. In other words, avoid Muslims to the extent possible and get substantial amounts of solid matter in between yourself and them. That’s right; unless you have completely reliable, intimate knowledge that any given Muslim does not pose some level of a threat (there are, of course, many harmless Muslims), profile Muslims as members of a totalitarian, murderous, savage cult who probably present at least some degree of opportunity for jihad to take place.
3.      So many in these forums constantly remark about how they conceal carry whatever pistol, and how they’ll double-tap Mohammed between the eyes until their muzzles melt and all that. Great. But we all know that even the most paranoid, hyper-vigilant among us sometimes has to go someplace where it’s just not possible or practical to carry, or, we find ourselves in situations where our commando identity has to take a backseat to blending in with normal, real-life humans, traveling across state lines, and other complications. So what if we sense Ahmed is about to pounce while we happen to be un-strapped, or otherwise somewhat off-guard? Go cafeteria crazy on the goathumper; grab whatever’s handy and bludgeon away with extreme viciousness until he’s down and desists.
4.      Educate others about the true nature of Islam.
Arouse the curiosity of your kids’ school staff by asking them if they even know what Beslan is. Ask it in a helpful tone of voice; maybe bring it up in a general conversation about school security, Sandy Hook, and such. Emphasize the word: Beslan. Prompt them, if they just give you a blank stare, to do some internet browsing on their own using that simple six-letter name as a keyword.
5.      Be politically active and support candidates who would bulldoze mosques. I could say a lot more on this, but I think you get the gist.  Nobody will run for office if they sense their life will be destroyed for merely advocating that we resist Mohammedan throat-cutters’ building and running Islamic military training academies (mosques) among us.  The best way to survive the attempt to behead you is to forestall it, pre-empt it, undertake a constant Crusade against followers of Mohammed and drive them from our midst. It’s going to be a long slug but we have no other option if we intend to prevail.
Finally, thank the real God that a good guy with a gun was able to shoot and stop that SOB before he beheaded another.

I’m Tired of Being Misled By Obama on ISIS Terror Threat

Trusting Obama is not something he has earned.
Check it out:
I don’t know about you but I’m tired of the phony rhetoric surrounding the ISIS terror threat. I am also tired of hearing the phrase “boots on the ground” finally I am tired of being misled by the Obama administration.
Here is the truth. Syrian moderates cannot defeat the ISIS terror group. Let me repeat, even if the USA trains Syrian moderates and gives them weapons, they will not — not be able to defeat the terrorists. Last week Congress approved arming and training the Syrians possibly to the tune of $500 million. If that money is actually spent it will be another total waste as the America debt approaches $18 trillion. Most Congress people know that but they voted symbolically to take action against ISIS.
So, what should we do? First of all there is not a single credible military person who thinks the ISIS terror group can be defeated without ground forces. So, we need ground forces.
However, the American people, perhaps rightly so, don’t want to send any more of our troops into these chaotic countries. What about a mercenary army; elite fighters who would be well paid, well trained to defeat terrorists all over the world. Here’s how it would work the fighters would be recruited by America and trained in the USA by our Special Forces. U.S. Army rules of engagement would be followed, strict discipline formed by the Geneva Convention. America would be in charge of selecting who makes the cut and how they are deployed with an eye on a 25,000-person force.

Peaceniks: Obama Cut Slack Because He’s Black

“And it’s long-time professional liberal activists, David Swanson and Medea Benjamin,” Code Pink, and the reason? “It’s because Obama is black,” and they’re cutting him some slack because he’s black. “As President Barack Obama launches air strikes in Syria, anti-war activists are frustrated that he is getting a pass from groups traditionally opposed to military intervention.
“According to the Washington Post, only 22 anti-war activists protested near the White House this week, and ‘it was the latest display of how Obama has neutralized the left.’ Left-wing activist David Swanson, ‘who voted for Obama in 2008…’ told the Post that ‘if George W. Bush were launching wars with Congress out of town, oh, it would be flooded,'” and San Francisco’d be flooded.
If this were Bush doing this with Congress out of town and without a declaration of war and without a sign-off on from Congress, you would have seen the streets flooded. But we’re not seeing the streets flooded. “[L]iberals give Obama a pass because ‘he’s more eloquent, he’s more intelligent, he’s African American, he bills himself as a constitutional scholar.'” I kid you not.
This is how disingenuous and insincere the peace movement really is. It’s how disingenuous and insincere the anti-war movement really is, if all it takes to get them to shut up and sit down is you just have to make it look like you’re smart, be eloquent, look like you’re more intelligent than Bush, and be African-American. If you are able to pull that off, the peace movement will not protest for peace.
You can go out there and kill anybody you want. You can drop bombs anywhere you want, and the peace movement will sit on its collective butt and let you! “Medea Benjamin of Code Pink said ‘the black community is traditionally the most antiwar community in this country,’ but Obama has ‘defanged that sentiment within the black community, or certainly voicing that sentiment.'”
So that’s why. It’s not as though we didn’t know, either. I just wanted to get it on record from their mouths. They’re the ones who are telling us that the whole peace movement is political, like everything else they do. It isn’t really about peace, and they’re really not worried about collateral damage. All they want to do is disrupt and damage Republican presidents.

Mad Gabby: Former Congresswoman Unleashes Nasty Ads Against Pro-Second Amendment Candidates.

You could argue that the McSally ad makes the case for why more women should exercise their Second Amendment rights.
Gabby Giffords has unleashed a few anti-gun ads that some are calling downright “mean.” After her attempted assassination by the mentally unbalanced Jared Lee Loughner, the former Arizona congresswoman has become one of the leaders in this renewed effort to promote gun control through her Americans for Responsible Solutions (via Politico):
Gabby Giffords, irreproachable figure of sympathy, has fashioned an improbable new role for herself this election year: ruthless attack dog.
The former Democratic congresswoman, whose recovery from a gunshot wound to the head captivated the country, has unleashed some of the nastiest ads of the campaign season, going after GOP candidates in Arizona and New Hampshire with attacks even some longtime supporters say go too far.
Some of the toughest spots from Giffords’ newly formed pro-gun-control super PAC, Americans for Responsible Solutions, hammer Republican Martha McSally, a retired Air Force pilot who is running for the Arizona seat Giffords once held. One features a wrenching testimonial from a woman named Vicki who weeps and stumbles over her words as she recounts how her 19-year-old daughter was hunted down and murdered by an enraged ex-boyfriend.
“He had threatened her before. I knew. I just knew,” Vicki says. A narrator then declares that McSally “opposes making it harder for stalkers to get a gun.”

ATHEIST KICKS LIB’S ASS: Bill Maher Tears Apart the Liberals Defending Muslim Atrocities

Maher is on fire. Enjoy.
Bill Maher may agree with the left on a lot, but one thing that bothers him is constantly-outraged liberals staying silent on Islamic atrocities. Maher said it’s ridiculous for President Obama to claim ISIS isn’t Islamic, because looking at the actual beliefs of ISIS and many Muslims around the world shows that much of Islam “has too much in common with ISIS.”
Maher tore into liberal ideas of multiculturalism and non-judgment when it comes to whether certain belief systems are better. Maher said of course “liberal Western culture” is better than horrid theocracies where people’s rights are threatened every single day.

Dick Morris: Obama's Eric Holder Replacement Key for 'Power Grab'
By Dick Morris

Eric Holder’s surprise resignation just 40 days before the critically important midterm elections to determine control of the Senate shows how worried Barack Obama is about losing control of the Senate to the Republicans in November.
But there is much more at stake.
As I outline in my new bestseller "Power Grab: Obama’s Dangerous Plan for a One-Party Nation," Holder, or his replacement as Attorney General, is absolutely key in diminishing and eventually destroying the Republican party as a viable political force.
I have warned in "Power Grab" that Obama’s strategic plan is to make the Democratic Party paramount, controlled by his ultra-left-wing faction.
The timing of Holder's resignation indicates that Obama wants to be sure that he has time for a Democratic lame duck Senate to confirm his puppet replacement as Attorney General.
With so much dirty laundry stacked up in the closets of the Justice Department, Obama didn’t dare let in an Attorney General who is not a total sycophant.
Were he forced to negotiate with Senate Republicans in order to get confirmation, he might have to accept an honest Attorney General who would clean house and bring all the laundry out in public.
Were Holder to resign after the Republicans control the confirmation process, the full dimensions of Obama’s plan for a one-party nation would be exposed.
We would know the details of how the Justice Department:
·         Targeted conservative groups for audits to intimidate Republican donors and activists.
·         Seized AP phone records to scare any member of the Administration who might be inclined to leak out the truth.
·         Uses Wall Street lawsuits to retaliate against firms that don’t donate enough money to the Democrats
·         Failure to prosecute food stamp and welfare fraud encourages a voting population to be dependent on federal checks.
But, as I explain in "Power Grab," the real necessity for controlling the Attorney General is that Obama and the Democrats have the hammer of the legal might of the Justice Department to help broaden so-called “voting rights” — which enable more votes for Democrats. At the same time Justice needs to look the other way and not prosecute cases of obvious voter fraud.
So far Holder has done exactly both of these things as Attorney General.
The timing of Holder’s resignation is the most eloquent commentary possible on Obama’s real estimate of his chances to keep the Senate this November.
But Obama knows that even GOP control of Congress is a temporary phenomenon if he can lock up the Electoral College permanently for Democrats to control the White House while moving once-red states such as Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Ohio strongly into the Democrat column – giving the Democrats future control of Congress.
I reveal in "Power Grab" that Obama is very close to achieving his overall electoral goals. Keeping tight political control of the Justice Dept. is a key element in his Power Grab.
The GOP would be wise to sound the alarm bells about his dangerous plan. So far they have been largely silent.
