Si estuviéramos en la clase de literatura del Dr. Gayol, seguro que este
nos diría que este poema anónimo, aunque tiene ritmo tiene
defectos de simetría, pausa y cesura..
Pero me gusta, porque tiene sabiduría. Sin lugar a dudas todas
las fracciones islámicas tienen el mismo objetivo, el destruir la civilización
occidental para implantar el Califato Islámico en el mundo.
Vemos ahora la noticia de que Putin está pidiendo a las Naciones Unidas que
se declare ilegal la ayuda económica a ISIS..
La proposición tiene el doble propósito de desviar la atención de las
disposiciones de los países que han tomado medidas económicas contra Rusia por
el conflicto con Ucrania, y a la vez ayudar a Irán y Siria y los otros países
Shías contra el peligro de ISIS.
Pero si funciona, nos veremos con un Califato Shía en vez del peligro del
Califato Sunni, el problema pasaría de malo a peor.
Con el control del medio oriente en manos de la potencia nuclear de Irán,
tomando a Iraq y Siria bajo su dominio y creando las condiciones para una
guerra total contra el occidente, empezando con la declarada intención de la
destrucción de Israel.
Esto no tiene remedio, ¿se imaginan un Medio Oriente bajo el dominio de
Irán, un Medio Oriente en que Israel, Siria, Iraq todos se convirtiera en una gran
nación islámica con un poderío nuclear?
Con la decisión del control mundial del Islam, la tercera guerra mundial es
un hecho inevitable.
Pero esto no se puede mencionar, es una islamofobia que no es políticamente
correcta, tenemos que esperar a que esto pase, lo malo es que entonces será
demasiado tarde.

Comentario de los exégetas Zamakhxari y Razi:
"Los hombres se tienen que comportar con las mujeres del mismo modo
que el soberano con sus súbditos: ¡con autoridad! Amirin nahiin: mandando y
prohibiendo.
Vuestras mujeres son campo labrado para vosotros. ¡Venid, pues, a vuestro
campo como queráis! (nisâu-kum harzun lakum...2,223)
¡Cuando para satisfacer el deseo el hombre llama a la mujer, que ella acuda
corriendo aunque esté con las manos en la artesa! (Talq bin Alí)
El hombre no debe de permitir que la mujer hable sin su permiso cuando
estén en reuniones con los hermanos.
Sobre la manera
de pegar a las mujeres:
¡Hay que pegar a las mujeres, sí, pero hay maneras y maneras de hacerlo: a
la que es delgada, con un bastón; a la robusta, con el puño; a la gordita, y
sólo a ella, con la mano bien abierta..., de modo que uno no se haga daño

Claro que Mahoma en su bondad, fue también generoso con las mujeres como
dice en este texto del Corán:
"Un hombre preguntó al profeta : "¿Cuáles son los derechos de la
mujer respecto a su marido? "
El Enviado respondió: - El marido ha de alimentar a su mujer y la ha de
vestir. No la ha de pegar en la cara ni desfigurarla; hay que pegarles sin
dejarles marcas en su cara, pero puede rechazar a su mujer dejando de acostarse
con ella" (Ibn Maja, Sunan, Kitab al-Nikah)
.
Así que tienen que tener cuidado de no pegarle en la cara, le deben pegar
por otras partes del cuerpo y castigarlas de otras maneras.
Yo sé que hay algunos que no son de la fe musulmana pero que están
esperando con anticipación que se implante la Ley Sharía para tener una vida
marital más satisfactoria. Pero tienen que saber que hay otras leyes que van a
ser malas en su vida, no deben de desear estar bajo la ley Sharía simplemente
porque deseas un matrimonio de acuerdo con el Islam.

Hace tiempo que tengo ganas de hablar sobre el tema estrella de los últimos
tiempos: el cambio climático. Como es imposible que alguien aún no haya oído
algo sobre el tema, no explicaré lo que es. No quiero explicar lo que es: lo
único que quiero es exponer por qué el cambio climático no existe.
En Marzo se emitió en el Canal 4 británico un documental llamado
precisamente El gran fraude del calentamiento global. En él se atacaban
directamente todas las presunciones que apoyan hoy en día a) la existencia de
un cambio en el clima terrestre a gran escala y b) la responsabilidad humana en
dicho cambio. Uno de los principales objetivos contra los que arremete el
documental es la película Una verdad incómoda del vicepresidente Al Gore.
Lo que sigue es una traducción de los principales argumentos del documental,
extraídos de la página del Canal 4.
- En la historia de 4.500 millones de años de la Tierra ha habido una larga
sucesión de cambios climáticos. En la historia más reciente ha habido una
mini-edad de hielo alrededor del siglo XVII, cuando el Támesis entero se
congelaba e incluso podían organizarse eventos sobre el hielo; un Periodo
Cálido Medieval, entre el 1.000 y el 1.300, con temperaturas mucho más cálidas
que hoy en día; y aún antes, en el Holoceno, el periodo más cálido de los
últimos 10.000 años. Y entonces no emitíamos CO2 a la atmósfera
- Entre los años 40 y 80, las temperaturas experimentaron una bajada
mundial a pesar de que durante esa época y debido a la enorme aceleración
industrial, se habían disparado las emisiones de CO2. En la época se habló
muchísimo del enfriamiento global y hay documentales alarmistas iguales a los
que tenemos hoy en día, pero con la palabra enfriamiento en lugar de
calentamiento.
- Muestras de hielo polar demuestran que los aumentos de dióxido de carbono
aumentan con 800 años (¡) de retraso respecto a la subida de las temperaturas.
Evidentemente, es imposible que el efecto preceda a la causa.
- El efecto invernadero… En fin. Un proceso que se da en cualquier cuerpo
con atmósfera, que básicamente consiste en un aumento de las temperatura
atmosférica debido al calor del sol “atrapado” por algunos gases. La vida en la
Tierra como la conocemos probablemente no habría existido de no haber sido por
nuestro amigo el efecto invernadero, ya que al parecer la temperatura en nuestro
planeta sería de –22 ºC.
- Parece ser que si el efecto invernadero se hubiese disparado actualmente
como se afirma, la Troposfera (la capa a unos 10-15 km de altura) se calentaría
antes que la superficie del planeta. Pues bien, esto no ocurre.
- Las emisiones de CO2 de origen natural superan con mucho a las nuestras.
Las emisiones volcánicas, animales, bacterias, vegetación en proceso de
descomposición y océanos producen varias veces más CO2 que toda la humanidad.
- Otro argumento en contra de los gases de efecto invernadero es el propio
Sol. La actividad solar no es constante, como puede comprobarse por el estudio
de las manchas solares. La actividad del Sol correlaciona de forma muy precisa
con los cambios climáticos de los últimos 100 años (incluido el bajón de
temperaturas de los años 40 a 80).
- En los 80 se produjo una alianza entre la derechista Margaret Thatcher y
las izquierdistas organizaciones ecologistas para alertar contra el uso de
energías fósiles debido al peligro del cambio calentamiento global. Parece ser
que Thatcher no quería depender del petróleo de Oriente Medio ni del carbón de
los “rebeldes” mineros ingleses, por lo que toda la campaña fue una forma de
concienciar a la opinión pública de las bondades de una fuente de energía mucho
más deseable: la energía atómica.
- Se señala también que muchos científicos aprovechan la histeria sobre el
calentamiento en su propio beneficio: para recibir fondos de investigación
fáciles, se centran en un tema de su área de conocimientos que tenga que ver
mínimamente con el calentamiento global. De esta forma, proliferan los
artículos y las investigaciones sobre la influencia en el calentamiento global
de casi todo cuanto existe
Enlazando con el tema, el otro día salió en la La Nueva España una entrevista
con Antón Uriarte, Doctor en Geografía, en la que se habla sobre el
calentamiento global, el efecto invernadero, el deshielo de los polos, etc.
Algunos extractos:
-¿No hay sequía en África?
-No. No ha aumentado. Es una gran mentira. Eso se comprueba no sólo con
pluviómetros, sino con fotografías de satélite en las que se ve, por ejemplo,
que el Sael está ahora más verde que en los años ochenta. Disminuyen las
lluvias entre 1950 y 1980, y luego se recuperó.
-¿Se derriten los polos?
-Tampoco. Hay que distinguir entre el Ártico y la Antártida. En el Ártico,
que es un hielo marino que tiene 2 o 3 metros de espesor medio, sí que hay una
tendencia en los últimos años a que en verano se deshiele un poco más que antes
y en invierno se hiele un poco menos. Pasa de 15 millones de kilómetros
cuadrados a 5 o 3 millones todos los años. A la gente se le transmite la idea
de que va desapareciendo el hielo, pero todos los años hay esto.
En resumidas cuentas: ¿hay actualmente un cambio climático causado por el
hombre? Hoy por hoy parece que… ni sí ni no, sino todo lo contrario

The University of California Student Association board – which
represents all 233,000 students enrolled in the UC system’s 10 campuses –
approved a resolution on Sunday that calls on the system’s leaders to
financially divest from the United States.
The measure cited alleged human rights violations by America such as
drone strikes that have killed civilians, and claimed the country’s criminal
justice system is racist, among other accusations.
The “Resolution Toward Socially Responsible Investment at the
University of California” passed with an overwhelming majority vote of 11-1-3.
“The government of the United States of America is engaged in drone
strikes that have killed over 2,400 people in Pakistan and Yemen, many of them
civilians,” the resolution stated. “The government oversees, by far, the highest
rate of imprisonment in the world, and racial and ethnic minorities are
disproportionately targeted by law enforcement agencies, particularly for
drug-related offences. 400,000 undocumented immigrants are held
in detention centers every year, and millions have been deported since the
current administration took office, and the government is directly supporting
and propping up numerous dictatorships around the world with weapons sales and
foreign aid.”
The resolution also called on UC system leaders “to withdraw
investments in securities, endowments, mutual funds, and other monetary instruments
with holdings” from the governments of Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Russia,
Turkey, Israel, Sri Lanka and Mexico, as well as the U.S.

The Obama Administration Is Using Scalia's 2012 Dissent Against Him In
Upcoming Battle Over Obamacare

It's undisputed that virtually everyone had
— for years — construed the Affordable Care Act to allow subsidies for
Americans even if their state didn't set up an insurance exchange.
But the Justice Department wants it to be
clear that "everyone" includes the four conservative justices on the
Supreme Court who voted to wipe out Obamacare in 2012 and will now hear a new challengeto
the law.
In the government's brief defending
the ACA, filed with the Supreme Court on Wednesday, DOJ returns on three
occasions to the language of the joint dissent of
the conservative justices in NFIB v.
Sebelius.
Justice Antonin Scalia was the de facto
leader of the conservatives in that case, who nearly derailed Obamacare until
Chief Justice John Roberts, much to the ire of his fellow legal conservatives,
joined with the Court's liberal justices to mostly save President Barack
Obama's signature legislative achievement.
With Obamacare under the legal gun yet
again, the government is using the words of the dissenting justices to suggest
they themselves interpreted the statute then as the White House does now when
it comes to the core question in the new case, King v. Burwell: Does the ACA allow subsidies on the
federal exchange?
In one section the brief quotes the
conservative justices acknowledging that the Democratic-led Congress
"thought that some States might decline ... to participate in the
operation of an exchange." The aim is to rebut the challengers' contention
that Congress expected every state to set up an exchange and was blindsided
when some three dozen declined to do so.
"First, it was well understood when
the Act was passed that some States would not establish Exchanges for
themselves. The very fact that the Act provides for federally-facilitated
Exchanges demonstrates that “Congress thought that some States might decline *
* * to participate in the operation of an exchange.” NFIB v. Sebelius, 132 S.
Ct. 2566, 2665 (2012) (Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, & Alito, JJ., dissenting).

In a second section of the brief, DOJ
quotes the conservatives in NFIB v.
Sebelius saying Congress created a "backup scheme"
by setting up a federal exchange.
"The linchpin of petitioners’ account
is their assertion (Br. 5, 40-41, 43) that Congress assumed every State would
establish an Exchange for itself. But the very fact that the Act includes a
“backup scheme” in the form of federally-facilitated Exchanges demonstrates
that “Congress thought that some States might decline * * * to participate in
the operation of an exchange.” NFIB, 132 S. Ct. at 2665 (Scalia, Kennedy,
Thomas, & Alito, JJ., dissenting).
In a third section of the brief, DOJ
quotes a chunk of the 2012 dissent which suggests that restrictions on the
subsidies would reduce the incentives of insurers to sell plans, and
individuals to buy plans. As a result, "the exchanges would not operate as
Congress intended and may not operate at all."
"Critically, moreover, the Exchanges
that Congress directed HHS to set up for States that declined or were unable to
do so for themselves would be a futile gesture absent tax credits. “Without the
federal subsidies, individuals would lose the main incentive to purchase
insurance inside the exchanges,” and insurers would likely “be unwilling to
offer insurance inside of exchanges” if they were no longer the exclusive means
of reaching subsidized customers. NFIB, 132 S. Ct. at 2674 (Scalia, Kennedy,
Thomas, & Alito, JJ., dissenting). “With fewer buyers and even fewer
sellers, the exchanges would not operate as Congress intended and may not
operate at all.” Ibid.
The government's brief argues that if the
challengers are right that Congress purposefully withheld subsidies as a threat
to encourage states to set up exchanges, it would make little sense to create a
federal exchange that would be "doomed to fail."
Yale law professor Abbe Gluck, who flagged the
2012 dissent in August, said it's important because it validates a core
argument of the Obamacare administration.
"The reason the quotes are powerful
is that it shows that in 2012, everybody in the nation focusing on the
Affordable Care Act read the statute the way the government does," she
said. "The goal is not to say 'gotcha.' It's to say 'look, they're saying
the statute is crystal clear.' ... The NFIB dissenters
understood the statute very well. And they understood the statute to allow
[those subsidies]."
Jonathan Adler, an architect of the legal
challenge in King,
doubted that the administration's citation of the 2012 dissent would impact the
case.
"It's more of a cute debater's point
than a substantive legal point," he said in an email. "It tells you
something about the strength of their case."
Adler pointed to his observation that
Scalia tends to takes a "textualist" approach to interpreting laws —
one that gives minimal weight to legislative history. For instance, he wrote in UARG v. EPA:
"We reaffirm the core administrative-law principle that an agency may not
rewrite clear statutory terms to suit its own sense of how the statute should
operate."
Legal experts widely expect Republican-appointed
Justices Scalia, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas to rule against the
government, and the four Democratic-appointed justices to validate the IRS rule
allowing subsidies on the federal exchange. The question-marks are Chief
Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy, whom Supreme Court scholars
say have less clear-cut views of statutory construction.
Gluck said that as a litigation strategy,
the Obama administration's move is "not that unusual." When trying to
appeal to a particular justice, she said, lawyers "often cite cases and
language that that particular justices wrote."
Oral arguments are set for March 4, and a
decision is expected by the end of June.

Barack Obama may
recognize the economy is improving, but in his State of the Union address, he
failed to mention the real unemployment rate was much higher than 5.6 percent reported by the
Bureau of Labor Statistics, said Sen. Bernie Sanders.
Obama said on Tuesday that "our unemployment rate is now lower than it was before the financial crisis," which was in full swing when he took office in 2009

"I think the
best part was the president's recognition that, in fact, we are in much better
shape than we were six years ago, when (former President George W.) Bush left
office, and when we were losing 700,000 jobs a month.
"I think the weakest part is that there was not a full recognition that, while we have made enormous progress, the reality is that real unemployment is not 5.5 percent. It is 11 percent, including those people who have given up looking for work and are working part time," the Vermont Independent told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Wednesday.
Sanders said the unemployment rate for youth was even higher at 18 percent, and the numbers of people not working were part of a "40-year trajectory (indicating) the American middle class continues to decline." To make improvements "very bold action" is needed by Americans, he said.
"The issue is, can we rally the American people to stand up for the middle class, rather than continue to give tax breaks to the wealthy and large corporations?" he asked.
Another weak part of Obama's speech included his remarks on trade, Sanders said, adding the administration needed to be transparent to prevent an agreement that would be bad for workers.
"If you have disastrous trade agreements, one after another, why would you want to build on those poorly constructed agreements and go forward with an even bigger one? I don't think so.
"If the administration could tell us very clearly that, in fact, for the first time we would have a trade agreement that would grow jobs, rather than see factories close down and go to Vietnam, I would give it some thought," he said.
Sanders said a list of candidates running for president in 2016 could be one that "includes me," as well as others who "have a right to bring forth their names and run for president of the United States."

negra. Fue cuando el joven percibió que se trataba de la Biblia y que estaba
abierta en el Evangelio de Marcos.
Sin mucha ceremonia, el muchacho interrumpió la
lectura del viejo y le preguntó:
- Señor, ¿usted
todavía cree en ese libro lleno de fábulas y cuentos?
- Sí, mas no es
un libro de cuentos, es la Palabra de Dios. ¿Estoy equivocado?
- Pero claro que
lo está. Creo que usted señor debería estudiar Historia Universal. Vería que la
Revolución Francesa , ocurrida hace más de 100 años, mostró la miopía de la
religión. Solamente personas sin cultura todavía creen que Dios hizo el mundo
en 6 días. Usted señor debería conocer un poco más lo que nuestros Científicos
dicen de todo eso.
