Barack Obama: Terrorism Enabler, Muslim

At first take it sounds so incredibly ridiculous as to be
unworthy of serious consideration, but the more you look into the matter, the
more the conclusion becomes inescapable: Barack Hussein Obama is a Muslim
sympathizer who enables terrorism, aiding our enemies, and thus, he is worthy
to be charged with treason.
In the beginning we should have read the signs: from the
apology tour to bowing before the Saudi king, to the declarations in Cairo and
refusing to directly reference a “war on terror,” this man has demonstrated
preference for America’s enemies, denigrating the U.S. and her allies at every
turn. The heart of Obama is measured in the words of his
pastor for 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, who proclaimed: “G*d D**n America.”
Obama has orchestrated the leaking of classified information
to hurt our country and help our enemies, making himself look good to retain
power and forward the agenda: knock down American to build up global
government.

Low-tax crusader and Republican strategist Grover Norquist tells
Newsmax that Republicans should seek a one-year delay in the implementation of
the healthcare reform bill as a first step toward abolishing the
"disaster" of Obamacare.
He also asserts that President Barack Obama's tax reform plan is a "Trojan horse" hiding a trillion-dollar tax increase.
Norquist is president of Americans for Tax Reform, whose Taxpayer Protection Pledge asks candidates to commit themselves in writing to oppose all tax increases.

"The good news is, we have dozens and dozens of conservative
groups from the Repeal Coalition, the effort to repeal Obamacare, that sent a
letter to the Republican leaders. And there are now 50 Republicans in the House
who have co-sponsored Marsha Blackburn's legislation to delay the
implementation of Obamacare for a year," he says.
"Our goal is to get rid of Obamacare and to replace it with a pro-consumer, pro-healthcare effort. But what can we do now as long as Obama is president and you have Harry Reid, left-wing Democrat, running the U.S. Senate? We could get a one-year delay, just as in 2011 we got an agreement that Obama signed to cut $2.5 trillion in spending out of the next decade's budget.
"If we delay it one year, we could go back and delay it again. Why might the president sign a bill that delays his signature effort? Because he could look you in the eye and say 'I delayed it, I didn't end it.'
"And he also has to worry that the plan is so flawed and so not ready for prime-time, that trying to get it pushed before 2014 might blow up in his face and cost him more Senate and House seats in 2014. We would like to spare the country that kind of disaster, of putting in a plan that's not ready and destructive when it is ready."
Sens. Mike Lee of Utah, Ted Cruz of Texas, and Marco Rubio of Florida are among the Republicans threatening to allow a government shutdown unless Obamacare is defunded.
Norquist comments: "Some people have said that we should ask the president to sign a bill to abolish Obamacare overnight, or we should let the government shut down. It's unlikely the president would sign a deal like that. This is the central piece of his presidency. He could allow a year's delay and maintain his dignity.
"We should ask for abolition. We should ask to defund it. We should pass it in the House. My sense is it's unlikely to pass in the Senate, and while we push for that, we should look at what's plan B if our first request isn't met. If we had the House, Senate, and the presidency, we could just do plan A. Obama's the president of the United States. He has the veto, unfortunately."
Asked if a government shutdown would hurt the GOP, Norquist responds: "Well, who would explain why the government is being shut down? CBS, ABC, NBC, Time magazine, and The Washington Post. So it's a toss-up.
"Could we convince the country that we were trying to reform things and the president wouldn't? Maybe. It's more likely that if we're announcing we're looking to close the government down that we'll get the blame for closing it down.
"The reason why doing a one-year delay is a powerful message is that the president has already conceded that his plan is not ready and he has a one-year delay for big businesses. So we have a populist message, which is that if it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander. If big business should get exempt, then so should small businesses and individuals.
"The president has admitted that much of his plan is not ready. We have a country ready to understand we should delay it a year. The country isn't quite there yet on abolition."
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid recently said Obamacare is absolutely a step toward a single-payer system.
Norquist says Reid "spoke accurately and honestly, but I thought they were trying to keep that a secret.
"Obamacare was set up to fail, to fail into single-payer. They had hoped to have a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate so that every time something broke, it would get fixed in a way that drove us into single-payer. But a Republican House and a stronger Republican vote in the Senate has made it impossible. Every time there's been a failure, we've moved it in the opposite direction and that's why delay is something that Obama might do to try to save Obamacare. But it sets the stage for permanent delays in the future."
A Gallup poll over the weekend showed Obama with an approval rating of just 41 percent.
"One of the things that's interesting is you see some polls that say Congress has a 10 percent approval rating," Norquist tells Newsmax.
"So people are unhappy that Congress isn't able to accomplish more, but there's a reason why there's a stalemate in Washington. You have a left-wing Democrat [as president], a left-wing Senate, and a conservative Reagan-Republican House. Of course they're not going to agree. That's progress from when the Democrats had all three and were able to do what they wanted to.
"So I'm pleased that the Reagan Republicans run the House. The challenge for all of us is, how do we win a Senate committed to Reagan's Republican values and a president?"
Obama recently offered Republicans a so-called grand bargain which would lower the corporate tax rate from 35 to 28 percent and close some loopholes in return for supposed investments in jobs.
That "wouldn't help," Norquist maintains. "The president's plan is, he says tax reform but he views tax reform as a Trojan horse inside of which he has a trillion-dollar tax increase. So his plan is a tax hike over the next decade and massive stimulus spending.
"This is a man who's learned nothing in five years. He wants another stimulus package and another tax increase and thinks that you'll get a different answer. People have seen him fail, learn nothing, fail, learn nothing, and he's back with the same tired, failed, discredited tax-and-spend programs. He thinks Detroit is the way to run the country. The country doesn't agree."
Turning to another issue, Norquist declares: "I'm in favor of immigration reform. I'm not necessarily in favor of the Senate bill. The House is talking about greatly improving the direction that the Senate was going in. They're going to have more serious border security, a more serious guest-worker program so that agriculture can get people and we don't leave crops rotting in the fields. We need more guest workers for construction as well," he maintains.
"We also need high-tech immigration. When people come here and get skilled degrees in computers and science, I want them to stay. I don't want them going back to China or India and setting up companies to compete with the United States. ... Let's have more talent come here and stay here as well. And that's where this House bill is going to be an improvement over the Senate bill."
Norquist predicts there will be an immigration bill passed within the next seven or eight months.
"Perhaps this year, perhaps early spring," he says.
"A lot of these reforms Republicans have been trying to do for many, many years. It was the Democrats who stopped them. Remember, President Obama was president for two years in all of 2009, all of 2010. He had a Democratic House, a Democratic Senate, and he did nothing on immigration reform.
"He's not for immigration reform. When Bush put forward immigration reform in 2007, the guy who killed it was named Barack Obama. It was his vote which passed a poison pill amendment to kill the whole thing. So he tries to use this for political purposes. But Obama's not for immigration reform – not a pro-growth, pro-jobs, pro-secure border immigration reform, which is what the House, led by Republicans, will pass and will eventually be agreed to. The president is following on this. He's certainly not leading."
Norquist also comments on Obama's exorbitantly expensive trips while the White House remains closed to Americans due to budget cuts: "The president's being very hypocritical. He's like Louis the XVI and Marie Antoinette. They're living high on the hog.
"As long as Washington and the White House are fat and happy, they're fat and happy. They love going on vacations. The fact that other people are unemployed obviously doesn't bother them." © 2013 Newsmax.

leemos cartas de personas que expresan sus idean como un editorialista.
Este es el caso
de una carta al editor de un individuo de Maryland llamado Ciolorito que hace
una descripción de la razón por lo que estamos viendo los cambios en el país
bajo una administración liberal.

Los Estados Unidos han sido a través de la
democracia representativa en país donde las minorías se pueden considerar como
parte de la sociedad, con sus mismos derechos.
Pero hay excepciones en la historia de
Estados Unidos, la más notoria fue la segregación y la discriminación de los
negros en los estados del sur, esto ha sido superado.
La excepción que hay ahora es el racismo a
la inversa, donde algunas minorías piden privilegios sobre la mayoría. Esto
también es desigualdad, es la segregación de la mayoría por las minorías con la
complicidad de las agendas de los políticos de ganar votos. Hoy cuando se habla de los derechos de las
minorías es para hablar pidiendo privilegios para los emigrantes recientes o
los negros, cuanto hablan de los cristianos es todo lo contrario, sólo se habla
del cristianismo para atacarlos.
La democracia representativa lo que
garantiza es la igualdad de derechos, no los privilegios.
Cuando miramos a los otros países, cuando
vemos, sin excepción, la situación de la desigualdad étnica y religiosa
en los otros países del mundo, es cuando nos damos cuenta de cómo no comprenden
al sistema de la democracia representativa que garantiza los derechos de las
minorías. Pero lo que es peor, vemos que la ciudadanía de los Estados Unidos,
se ha transformado, y en este país tampoco comprenden el sistema de gobierno
tradicional de esta nación
Veamos al Líbano, los cristianos en el
Líbano eran mayoría y vivían en paz con la minoría musulmana que tenía sus
derechos. Cuando los libaneses musulmanes tomaron el poder, fueron imponiendo sus
leyes y los cristianos han tenido que emigrar. Hoy los cristianos son sólo la tercera
parte dela población y el único derecho que tienen es el de mantenerse
callados.
Los cristianos y judíos en Egipto en un
momento no tan lejano eran el 30% de la población. Fueron diezmados por los
gobiernos musulmanes y se crearon guetos pero podían convivir más o menos.
Visité a Egipto cuando el gobierno de
Mubarak, como turista tuve que visitar el gueto judío-cristiano para ir a la iglesia
cóptica en cuyo sótano se encuentra la cueva donde se supone que estuvo la
Virgen, José y el niño Jesús cuando huyeron de Herodes a Egipto. Como turistas
entramos al gueto y fuimos a la iglesia, pero pude observar como para entrar o
salir del gueto los ciudadanos del país tenían que identificarse en la posta de
la policia a la entrada del gueto.
Pero también conocí cristianos egipcios y
podían vivir con sus limitaciones. Cuando la hermandad musulmana tomó el poder,
la situación empeoró, muchos cristianos y judíos han tenido que emigrar. Era raro el día en
que no aparecía un cristiano cóptico colgado de un árbol. Hoy hay menos de un 10% de cristianos
cópticos en Egipto y están relegados al gueto.
Estamos hablando de ciudadanos que han
nacido y criado en esos países, eso es lo único que conocen como patria, y su
raza es igual que la de sus opresores. Es la peor segregación, no por el color no

Esto es lo que estamos sintiendo los que
no comulgamos con la presente administración, sentimos una que nos consideran
diferentes simplemente por nuestras ideas, Y el sistema de la democracia
representativa que garantiza nuestros derechos, la estamos viendo violada con
la transformación del poder judicial en poder legislativo, con la anuencia de
un poder ejecutivo de persuasión socialista.
Hay la tendencia entre ciertas personas de
considerar al cristiano como alguien retrógrado, la prensa liberal se ha
encargado de crear esta percepción, no usa ya la palabra cristiano sin el
epíteto agregado de intransigente o fundamentalista, aunque no lo sea.
Esto es peligroso porque una percepción
negativa por una manera de pensar puede terminar en una segregación.

prensa muy popular e izquierdista que influyo mucho en las decisiones del
pueblo cubano, entre ellas hay que destacar la revista Bohemia, instigadora a
la abstención en las elecciones convocadas en 1954. Estaba en Luna de Miel con
los asaltantes al Cuartel Moncada.
La persona debe mantener sus principios y tomar sus decisiones.
Hay que destacar al DIARIO DE LA MARINA que fue un paladín
anticomunista de generación en generación sin amedrentares ante las amenazas
terroristas de los comunistas.

No voy a convertirme en
abogado de Batista, pero si debe hacerse referencias a hechos que contribuyeron
a hacer de Cuba, una Nación notable en el ámbito educacional, económico y
democrático.
En su primer periodo
como Presidente fue elegido en un proceso libre y de respeto a la voluntad del
pueblo, aunque aun el voto no era directo, pero si fueron elecciones honestas.
Ese periodo fue de 1940 a 1944. En ese tiempo se puso en vigor la Constitución
de 1940, la más avanzada en el Continente, se llevaron a cabo muchas obras
públicas, lo que genero gran fuerza de trabajo y por consiguiente mejora de la
economía. También se enfatizo la educación, aumentando el número de Escuelas
Públicas y Rurales, una de esas escuelas fue el Instituto Cívico-Militar, que
prestaba esmerada atención a niños huérfanos.
Durante este primer
periodo presidencial, los comunistas trataron de originar revueltas dentro del
sector laboral, lo cual fue sofocado sin mucho aspaviento, aunque en el Consejo
de Ministros habían dos reconocidos miembros del comunismo internacional, ellos
fueron, el Dr. Carlos Rafael Rodríguez y el Dr. Juan Marinello.
El 10 de Marzo de 1952,
siendo Batista Senador por la Provincia de las Villas, se promueve el golpe de
Estado, que aunque no fue organizado por el, lo llamaron a formar parte del
mismo por su reconocida simpatía en las fuerzas armadas. Batista en su primer
periodo había reconocido lo importante que eran las fuerzas armadas,
otorgándoles mejoras en salarios y beneficios como verdaderos hombres al
servicio de la Nación por lo que gozaba de gran estima, prestigio y respeto
dentro del sector militar.
La disciplina y el
respeto son fundamentales para el funcionamiento de cualquier institución,
¡cuanto más para el gobierno!. Sucesos que recoge la historia sobre las revueltas que
sacudieron la Nación, creando un clima de inseguridad, puede citarse el 15 de
Septiembre de 1947, los sucesos de Orfila, Marianao, en los que estuvieron bajo
una balacera durante casi tres horas, Comandantes de las fuerzas armadas
y en el que murieron los Comandantes Emilio Tro, veterano de la II Guerra
Mundial, participo en la batalla de Normandía, el Comandante Morín Dopico, su
esposa embarazada y su hija de 10 meses, Capitán Arcadio Méndez y los tenientes
Cuesta Yero y Luis Padierni, involucrado también estaba el Comandante Mario
Salabarria que se desempeñaba como Jefe de la represión política. El
Presidente Grau permitió esta balacera, sin hacer absolutamente nada, según
datos históricos.
Estuvo entre otros
atentados el de Manolo Castro, Presidente de la F.E.U. (este cargo era deseado
por Fidel Castro), Manolo Castro, murió baleado en las calles de La Habana.
Fueron perpetrados dos atentados al Dr. Rolando Masferrer de los que gracias a
su habilidad, salió ileso, se nombra entre los participantes a Fidel Castro.
Uno de ellos fue una emboscada al salir del Capitolio, lo esperaban 3
automóviles con hombres armados. Atentado también al Dr. Alejo Cosío del Pino,
entre otros. La Republica realmente requería orden, y fue Batista el hombre
designado con tal propósito.
Dos años después,
convoco a elecciones en 1954, las cuales fueron saboteadas por la prensa
izquierdista, recibiendo el consentimiento de los partidos contendientes, por
eso, Batista queda como único candidato y ganador en la elección convocada para
regresar al proceso electoral. Siempre he expresado que la abstención no es
solución. La abstención es obra de los agitadores izquierdistas para mover las
masas y fomentar el malestar ciudadano. El voto es enemigo del totalitario
sistema comunista.
Lo mismo sucedió en
1958, con la convocatoria a elecciones, en esta ocasión la abstención vino por
la manipulación desde la Sierra Maestra, a Castro no le convenía que hubiera
una elección, porque de triunfar la oposición, ellos quedarían ajenos al poder.
Los 20,000 muertos
atribuidos a Batista, fueron creados por la Revista Bohemia, (en esa época,
fiel admiradora de Castro y la crápula que lo rodeaba), eso nunca existió,
pero, si hubo mucho terrorismo en la Isla, las bombas detonaban dondequiera y
herían y mataban a inocentes. El error lo cometió el propio Batista por
permitir la Ley de amnistía y dejar salir de la cárcel a asesinos
inescrupulosos, si Batista hubiera sido un verdadero Dictador, no le hubiera
permitido al Congreso promulgar esa Ley. En Cuba el Poder Legislativo y el
Judicial disfrutaban de plena autoridad para tomar sus decisiones libremente.
Los dos periodos de
Batista fueron muy fructíferos para el pueblo de Cuba con el
incremento de Centros Educacionales, Hospitales y atención médica y obras de
Construcción. Hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 1958, jamás en ningún
Centro de Servicio Público, se le pregunto a nadie su filiación
política, ni le cobro un centavo, tampoco existían colegios y hospitales
especiales para las familias de los dirigentes. Todos teníamos los mismos
derechos. La Isla tenía una economía solida y cada día crecía mas, llegando a
ser la primera potencia económica de América Latina.
El castrismo ha sido una
escuela de terrorismo, un exportador de su maliciosa doctrina para desestabilizar
democracias en el Continente y fuera del Continente, ha convertido
la Isla en un santuario para delincuentes internacionales, sabe Dios a que
costo, y ha llevado a la más espantosa miseria a una Nación prospera y feliz.
Crímenes, torturas y miseria
son las obras más notables que ha tenido el ensayo marxista-leninista
implantado por la Familia Castro desde hace más de 5 décadas. Son públicos los
ataques de la chusma castrista a ciudadanos que reclaman pacíficamente, sus
derechos. El castro-comunismo es una copia exacta de lo ocurrido en otros
países que fueron sometidos a esta ideología fracasada.
¿Tiene esto comparación
con cualquier otro gobierno? ¿Puede alguna prensa, persona o entidad
contabilizar la cantidad de muertes que ha ocasionado la Familia Castro?
En
varias ocasiones he dicho que prefiero que me llamen batistiano
antes que me llamen fidelista, y es cierto porque considero que el pueblo
cubano tiene que sentirse defraudado y humillado teniendo como dirigentes a
esta pandilla de asesinos que han vivido así toda la vida.
Llegaron al poder a base
del terrorismo, la traición y la mentira. ¡Algún día llegara la JUSTICIA!
Pero al final deseo
aclarar que todos los gobiernos anteriores que ha tenido el pueblo de Cuba han
tenido aportaciones para mejorar la sociedad cubana, cada uno con virtudes y
defectos y que jamás tuve voto ni posiciones públicas.

Jihadist leader to U.S.:
'Islam is coming' Warns foreign fighting in Syria could battle America next Published: 19 hours ago
During a radio interview Sunday, a
representative of al-Qaida in the Gaza Strip sent a message to the United
States: “Islam is coming and there is no other choice.”
That sentiment was expressed by Abu Saqer,
leader of Jihadiya Salafiya in the Gaza Strip, speaking on “Aaron Klein
Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio.
Jihadiya Salafiya represents al-Qaida in
the Gaza Strip.
Saqer further stated that after battling
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the thousands of foreign jihadists
currently in Syria could turn their ire on what he called the many other
“enemies of Islam,” including Israel and the United States.
Saqer did not say the spread of Islam in
the U.S. will come through violence.
“Islam is coming and there is no other
choice,” he told Klein about America and Europe.
“Because we think Islam will come and this
is something that no one can prevent,” he stated.
“And we will raise the Islamic flag on
every point on earth where Muslims live and we will chase all the enemies of Islam
wherever they are. Even in the West, in Europe and in the United States.”
Asked where he thinks the thousands of
foreign jihadists fighting Assad will go next, Saqer replied, “After finishing
with him, there are many enemies for Islam.”
He continued: “At the head the Zionist
enemy and the United States. And the evolution on the ground in Syria will
define where is the next target and who is the next target of the Mujahadeen.”
“This can be the Israeli enemy. This can
be the United States or anybody who is making a conspiracy with them against
Islam.”
At least 6,000 jihadist rebels in Syria,
many affiliated with al-Qaida, now pose a major security risk to the U.S. and
Europe, according to Obama administration officials and Mideast experts.
Last Tuesday, Michael Morell, the Central
Intelligence Agency’s second-in-command, warned in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that
al-Qaida groups in Syria, along with the civil war itself, pose the greatest
threat to U.S. national security.
The Wall Street Journal reported Morell
said there are now more foreigners flowing into Syria each month to fight with
al-Qaida-affiliated groups than there were going to Iraq to fight with al-Qaida
at the height of the war there.
Meanwhile, according to UPI, Matthew G. Olsen, director of the National
Counterterrorism Center, stated Syria “has become really the predominant
jihadist battlefield in the world.”
“The concern going forward from a threat
perspective is there are individuals traveling to Syria, becoming further
radicalized, becoming trained and then returning as part of really a global
jihadist movement to Western Europe and, potentially, to the United States,”
said Olsen at a security conference in Aspen, Colo., this month.
Gilles de Kerchove, the European Union’s
counterterrorism coordinator, told the same conference, “The scale of this is
completely different from what we’ve experienced in the past.”
De Kerchove spoke of jihadists flocking to
Syria from Europe. He described the European jihadist travelers as
self-radicalized and traveling on their own initiative.
He said the militants now pose a threat to
their home countries if they attempt to return home, and he warned that
European governments lack the capabilities to monitor all of them.
U.S. News & World Report further
reported on at least 6,000 foreign jihadists from 50 nations, including
fighters from Australia, France, Britain and the U.S.
“Australians now make up the largest
contingent from any developed nation in the Syrian rebel forces,” the newspaper
reported. “There are around 120 French fighters in Syria, about 100 Britons and
a handful of Americans.”
There is a history of foreign fighters
returning home to carry out terrorist attacks, such as the 1996 bombing of
Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia, in which 19 U.S. servicemen were killed.

Estamos en
Agosto del 2013 y todavía la isla de Cuba es gobernada por una tropa
cavernícolas que hablan boberías ideológicas sin sentido y apego a la realidad
para mantenerse en el poder y dormir al tonto en la isla. Y no es
sólo objetivo de viejos chochos para morirse con las manos en la masa. Lo
siguen en su letanía “politicos de 50 y picos de años” como Diaz Canel. Que me
perdonen (si alguno piensa asi) pero hablar de un “socialismo
própero” en el 2013 es como si CANTINFLAS o
TRES PATINES HUBIERAN RESUCITADO…lee el Segundo artículo que está tragi-cómico!

“Se necesita
mucho de la prensa para conseguir ese socialismo próspero y sostenible que nos
estamos planteando”, dijo el primer vicepresidente de Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, a los
miembros de la Unión de Periodistas de Cuba (UPEC) el pasado 14 de julio. Desde
que asumió el cargo y la posición deposible
sucesor del presidente Raúl Castro en febrero de 2013,
algunos ven en Díaz-Canel al hombre que conducirá una eventual transición en
Cuba. “Ustedes saben que esos mitos de democracia, libertad de prensa y
expresión, prensa oficial y no oficial, qué sentido tienen en un mundo de
hegemonía, de vanidad, donde hay un grupo de aspiraciones que son inalcanzables
para una mayoría, en un mundo donde hay espionaje electrónico a países, a
personas, y eso crea inseguridad. ¿De qué libertades estamos hablando?”, agregó
en el mismo discurso. Por declaraciones como esa, otros lo ven como el mascarón
de proa que empleará la
cincuentenaria revolución cubana para cambiar sin que
nada cambie cuando los Castro ya no puedan sostener las riendas.
La construcción de un
“socialismo próspero y sustentable” es la nueva meta del Gobierno y a la vez,
la traducción retórica de las reformas paulatinas del aparato económico y de
las políticas sociales puestas en marcha por Raúl Castro desde 2008. Desde que
sustituyó hace casi seis meses al octogenario José Ramón Machado Ventura, el
vicepresidente Díaz-Canel —ingeniero electrónico, de 52 años— se ha convertido
en altavoz de esta política dentro y fuera de la isla, y en la cara más visible
de la renovación de cuadros dirigentes a la que está siendo sometido el Partido
Comunista de Cuba……

(www.miscelaneasdecuba.net).- Inquilinos del ¨Hotel Venus¨ ubicado en la calle Zulueta del municipio capitalino la Habana Vieja protagonizaron una riña tumultuaria en la tarde del pasado domingo 12, con varios heridos y lesionados por la escases de agua, la falta de electricidad y el hacinamiento en el lugar. La bronca involucró a decenas de personas que utilizaron artefactos contundentes en las manos.
Tres hombres heridos en el suelo, una muchacha con el rostro cortado y varias mujeres golpeadas, fue el resultado de la batalla campal. La policía tuvo que realizar disparos al aire para dispersar a la
enardecida multitud.
Las víctimas fueron llevadas para el Hospital Calixto García y se conoce de una persona en extrema gravedad. En la reyerta hubo policías agredidos y una multitud expectante, formando un típico espectáculo cubano de estos tiempos.
La voz popular dice que un agresor, llamado ¨el Negrón¨ fue capturado cuando intentaba salir de la capital por la Terminal de Trenes, la policía le ocupó un arma blanca y dos billeteras con dinero. Hay
implicados dados a la fuga.
El Hotel Venus, popularmente llamado ¨la ladilla¨, es un albergue que recoge a decenas de familias cuyos hogares fueron destruidos por derrumbes, ciclones u otras calamidades capaces de terminar con una antigua construcción en la capital cubana.
Este lugar tiene cuatro pisos de altura y los que llevan tiempo viviendo, rechazan a los que llegan nuevos, todos están molestos ante la cruda realidad que les tocó vivir, después de perder sus viviendas
originales y aceptar un albergue sin las condiciones elementales. El estado no cuenta con planes constructivos capaces de ofrecerles un nuevo hogar para el futuro.
Las peleas pueden originarse por cualquier detalle, desde un turno para acopiar agua, usar el servicio sanitario (uno por piso), bañarse o simplemente tender la ropa lavada en el patio sin contar con otro vecino que desea hacer lo mismo.
Lo curioso es que los albergados del Venus se preparaban para leer esa noche, el documento ¨Un socialismo próspero y sustentable¨ que se discute en todos los comité de defensa de la revolución (CDR) en el país. Este documento traza la línea económica del gobierno para los próximos años y hay que leerlo de forma obligada.
Cuesta trabajo creer que ¨Un Socialismo Prospero y Sustentable¨ sea una realidad, cuando muchas proclamas anteriores quedaron en el aire, al igual que la promesa de un nuevo hogar para los albergados, que a partir de ahora tendrán en la puerta del Venus una guardia operativa de la policía.

desarrollo de ambas familias... y su filosofía de VIDA y POLÍTICA... y sobre

tribunales... todo lo que aparece en los periódicos son DECLARACIONES
POLÍTICAS... buscando PROTAGONISMO... sin relación a ÉXITOS en la “LIBRE
EMPRESA.”
NO conozco su ESTADO FINANCIERO... pero
solo con sus RETIROS le permiten vivir como RICO... PUES VA A TENER POR LO

En estadística, la ciencia formal que estudia la recolección,
análisis e interpretación de datos, los eventos mutuamente excluyentes son
aquellos en los que si un evento sucede significa que el otro no puede
ocurrir. Por ejemplo, si lanzamos una moneda al aire, el resultado será cara
o cruz, pero no ambos.
El concepto encaja muy bien en estos momentos y da empuje a la
creciente ola de criticismo dirigida a la Ley de Ajuste Cubano, sobre todo
después del anuncio hecho la semana pasada por el Departamento de Estado de
que se otorgarán visas de entrada múltiple a los cubanos residentes en la
isla. ¿Como puede el gobierno norteamericano continuar clasificando a los
cubanos recién llegados como exiliados políticos si al salir de Cuba ya
tienen garantizadas entradas múltiples durante un período de cinco años?
Visado múltiple y exiliado son mutuamente excluyentes, porque a este último
le está prohibido el regreso.
La nueva medida ha sido justificada por el Departamento de
Estado como vehículo para aumentar el contacto de pueblo a pueblo y los lazos
entre estadounidenses y cubanos, lo que teóricamente promoverá la sociedad

Republican Rep. Peter King of New York
criticized President Barack Obama for mostly staying silent about the
National Security Agency's surveillance program, while the opponents of the
program have gotten their message out through the media.
"Basically Obama's been silent for the past two months," said King. "He allowed the Edward Snowdens and others in the world to dominate the media." King, appearing on CBS' "Face the Nation," said that Obama had an obligation as commander in chief to "aggressively and effectively defend his program and he really didn't do it." King also said Obama should have taken the opportunity, during the press conference, to denounce Snowden. "He is not a patriot," said King. "He's a person indicted for espionage." Former NSA director Michael Hayden, also appearing on "Face the Nation," told host Bob Schieffer, "We used to have a word for somebody who stole our secrets, who got the job to steal our secrets and then moved with those secrets to a foreign country, and they weren't called a whistleblower. He's a defector." There are still some steps the nation needs to take to make Americans feel more comfortable with the NSA's programs, which Hayden, King, along with Maryland Democratic Rep. Charles "Dutch Ruppersberger III, who also appeared on the Sunday talk show, agree must continue. "To me, the most telling thing [Obama] said was perhaps something he didn't quite say," Hayden said, referring to the president's Friday press conference. "He didn't suggest he was going to operationally change this program. There's no suggestion that what he was doing and what President Bush was doing before him with regard to these programs was anything other than lawful, effective, and appropriate." Hayden said it's "heartening" to have the president say the NSA's oversight was quite good, and there were no abuses under him or his predecessor. "But he does have this issue of confidence, this issue of transparency," said Hayden. "So the president is trying to take some steps to make the American people more comfortable about what it is we're doing ... but some steps to make Americans more comfortable will actually make Americans less safe." Hayden said that the country won't be stopping the NSA surveillance program, no matter how much people protest. "Folks from the so-called left … don't want a little more transparency with regard to the metadata program," said Hayden. "They want the program stopped. I don't think it will be." Hayden also said the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court, which must sign off before wiretaps can be put on an American's account, are important and should continue. Ruppersberger agreed that Snowden is not a patriot. "When you work for the intelligence community, you take an oath not to violate classified information," he said. "This individual said he went in for the purpose of getting information. He turned his back on his country. Where did he go once he got this information? He went to China and then he went to Russia. That speaks for itself." But he agreed that the NSA programs need reforms. "We in politics have to deal with perception, not just reality," said the Maryland lawmaker. "We need to do better in educating our public so they are not fearful that we, the government, are violating their privacy." The debate about the National Security Agency's surveillance programs was coming with or without leaker Snowden's revelations, said Hayden, former CIA director and a retired Air Force general. "Clearly the debate was coming," said Hayden. "He didn't inform it. He made it more emotional. I'll give you an example. You and I witnessed (Hurricane) Katrina. The levees around Lake Pontchartrain are the strongest they've been in a century, but Katrina was still a bad thing, and that's how I view Mr. Snowden." fact, Senators Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and nine other Senators have
already sent a letter to Harry Reid saying that they will vote AGAINST ANY bill that contains funding for ObamaCare. [Emphasis Ours]
But there's a problem... the GOP establishment isn't just running for cover, they're fighting Lee, Cruz, Paul and Rubio tooth-and-nail... they're actually telling lies to the American people... and some have even reversed their positions and have gone so far as to say that defunding ObamaCare is "stupid"... all to AVOID ACTUALLY DEFUNDING OBAMACARE... and we're not about to let them get away with it. Why? Rush Limbaugh said it best on Monday: "I don't think they were ever serious about repealing health care, the Republicans. I don't think they ever were. I think that it has been lip service from the get-go." And now that Lee, Cruz, Paul and Rubio have called their hand, cut through the lip-service, and put a proposal on the table that can actually stop ObamaCare... they're scrambling... they're trying to hoodwink you... they'll say anything... do anything... to give themselves political cover to avoid stopping ObamaCare. So we're going to put every Republican Member of the Senate on notice... stop the lies... stop the evasions... stop the surrenders... and do not authorize one thin dime for the implementation of ObamaCare... PERIOD.

Washington
insiders reacted with glee on Monday over the erroneous reports that Lee was backing down
on his promise to defund ObamaCare... but it was all political spin.
What Lee did was state an undeniable truth to Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday: "We all know that the government's going to get funded. The question is whether the government gets funded with ObamaCare or without it." Lee didn't back down. What Lee did was expose the scare tactic that was first used by Barack Obama, and is now being shamefully used by the Republican establishment, to the light of day. The truth of the matter is that no politician in Washington, including Barack Obama, will allow the government to go unfunded for any significant amount of time. Barack Obama knows it. Senators Lee, Cruz, Paul and Rubio know it. The GOP establishment knows it. And now that you know it, it's time to let them know that you refuse to allow them to use Obama's hollow threat of a government shutdown as political cover to betray you. Pay no heed to the scare tactics, the only question that remains, as Lee so aptly pointed out is "whether the government gets funded with ObamaCare or without it."

have heard Karl Rove bloviate on the O'Reilly Factor on Monday that refusing to fund ObamaCare won't actually stop
ObamaCare from being funded because"99% of the funding is mandatory and not
discretionary."
Rove isn't the only one spreading this tall-tale, but Limbaugh, quoting an article from the Heritage Foundation, set the record straight.
So what's really behind this attempt to deceive the American people? Limbaugh again: "Washington does not want it stopped, folks. Washington does not have a problem with ObamaCare. It's government, after all, and they like government." Well... we're going to make them stop it. It's time to draw a line in the sand, right here and right now.

Grandiose vacation begins for Obama's

EDGARTOWN, Mass. - President Barack Obama opened the
first summer vacation of his second term Saturday on Martha's Vineyard,
trading Washington debates over the budget, government surveillance and his
health care overhaul for a hoped-for carefree week filled with golf, beach
outings and hanging-out time with family and friends.
Obama
arrived on the coastal Massachusetts island after addressing the Disabled American
Veterans national convention in Orlando, Fla.
As
he flew north on Air Force One, Obama got into a vacation mindset by trading
his suit and tie for khakis and a blue shirt with rolled-up sleeves. First
lady Michelle Obama, who introduced him at the convention, kept her
yellow-and-white sundress but switched from high heels to flats.
Daughters
Malia and Sasha were reuniting with their parents later on. Family dog Bo
traveled with the president.
People
lined both sides of the two-lane road Obama's motorcade traveled from
Edgartown, where he arrived by helicopter after landing in nearby Cape Cod,
Mass., to the six-bedroom home he is renting in Chilmark. Many people waved
and snapped photographs; a few held signs opposing the proposed Keystone XL
oil pipeline that would run from Canada to the Gulf Coast if approved by the
Obama administration.
Unlike
his past vacations here as president, some residents are upset over this
visit. The Secret Service, which provides Obama's security, is banning
vehicular traffic from part of a public road near Obama's rental home. Such a
closure is a first for presidential vacations here.
Although
Obama planned no official public appearances during his nine-day stay, his
motorcade will be seen whisking him from golf courses to beaches to
restaurants. He is due back in Washington a week from Sunday.
Since
a president is never truly on vacation, Obama will receive regular briefings
on national security and domestic issues, said White House press secretary
Jay Carney. National security adviser Susan Rice and Rob Nabors, a deputy
chief of staff, are among the White House aides on vacation duty.
Beyond
that, Obama will play golf, hit the beach, dine out, relax with his family,
visit with friends and read more than just White House briefing books.
"I
know he's looking forward very much to some down time with his family,"
Carney said Saturday. "I'm sure he'll see some friends."
Obama
vacationed on Martha's Vineyard before he became president and after, in
2009, 2010 and 2011.
But
Obama, who is a millionaire thanks to sales of his best- selling books,
skipped the island during last year's presidential campaign, probably to
avoid perceptions of elitism as he was casting himself as a champion of the
middle class in the heated campaign against Republican Mitt Romney, who is a
millionaire many times over. Public perception, however, is less important
for politicians like Obama who won't face voters again.
The
Obamas are again staying in Chilmark, an area on the island's western tip
that is dotted with expansive, multimillion-dollar homes. Actors Ted Danson
and his wife, Mary Steenburgen, singer Carly Simon and Washington power
broker Vernon Jordan are among its famous residents.
The
president and his family were forced into new vacation digs after the 28-acre
Blue Heron Farm, the secluded Chilmark property they rented from 2009-2011,
was sold. The new place is closer to public roads, which led the Secret
Service to ban vehicular traffic nearby.
"My
response to this is we've had the president come to our town three times and
it's been very cordial and there's been very little disruption and we love to
have him," said Chilmark Selectman Warren Doty, according to a report on
the website of the Vineyard Gazette. "This would change that approach ...
and be very disruptive."
The
town also emailed residents, saying "anyone aggrieved by this closing
should email or call the White House."
Doty
did not return a telephone message left at his office by The Associated
Press.
Secret
Service spokesman Ed Donovan said the agency works closely with state and
local law enforcement agencies to have as little impact as possible on
traffic and to keep necessary street closures brief.
Obama's
new vacation home - the main house has four bedrooms and a guesthouse has two
more - is owned by David Schulte, a Chicago- based corporate restructuring
specialist and friend of the president. Schulte donated $2,000 to Obama's
re-election campaign, according to the nonpartisan Center for Responsive
Politics.
Schulte
confirmed the rental in an email to the AP. A local real estate agent handled
the transaction.
The
5,000-square-foot, contemporary-style home sits on 9 1/2 acres overlooking
Chilmark Pond and the Atlantic Ocean, according to the Vineyard Gazette. The
private master suite has a den, porch, outdoor shower, his and her bathrooms
and access to a gym. An open floor plan provides views of the ocean and pond
from the living and dining rooms and the kitchen. The home also has a small
basketball court, the newspaper reported.
During
Saturday's trip, two MV-22 Ospreys were used for the first time in support of
a presidential flight aboard Marine One. They carried White House staff,
media and Secret Service. The tilt-rotor aircraft, which takes off and lands
like a helicopter but has wings for level flight, is replacing the
Vietnam-era CH-46 helicopters used during presidential trips.
